Yesterday, I had the pleasure of spending the morning with these lovely ladies. We continued making boomerang bags to fundraise for our childrens’ school.
I love that we can contribute to the school community by performing a mindful task and being sustainable.
The donated fabrics are going to good use!
Gratitude journalling has always been the thing to pull me back to what matters in life. We naturally go through seasons of change, seasons of struggle, seasons of growth. The question is, do we embrace those seasons or fight against them? .
And while I often have silly things I’m grateful for (hello bacon?), today’s journalling was all heart. I don’t overthink things when I do this sort of journalling, and when I looked back on all my pen had scrawled out, my heart welled, feeling like it may burst. I never knew I could love so much - and for this I am truly grateful for. .
What are YOU grateful for today? Journal: @knockknock
BALANCE // Sunstone and moonstone are both favorites of mine, and I love their energetic balance. Sun and Moon. Day and Night. Masculine and feminine.
• • • • • •
This one was a labor of love. I fell in love with the most expensive strand of faceted rainbow moonstone teardrops while we were in Tucson, and had to make something really special with one of them. I also searched high and low for the perfect bright and sparkling faceted sunstones, and could not love them more. This mala has 108 sandalwood beads and is hand knotted with beige natural silk cord, and it has hammered sterling silver accent markers 1/4 up on each side to even divide the mala into quarters, making it easy to keep count of your mantra, prayer, or affirmation while using the beads for meditation 🙏🏻
Do you know how much yuck is on our store bought fruits and vegetables? 🍎🥦Even when we buy organic, our produce comes into contact with an alarming amount of contaminants and bacteria. From the soil all the way through all the different production phases, to all the people that handle the produce, yuck is ALL OVER our fruits and veg.
But there’s good news 😄👏: By THOROUGHLY washing our fruits and veggies (no, a quick rinsel doesn’t count unfortunately), we can substantially lower risk for food born illnesses like salmonella, listeria and E. coli. I use Young Living’s Thieves Fruit & Vegetable Soak. It’s a blend of three exclusive essential oil blends, Digize, Purification, and Thieves to get the job done right. And the best part, is you only need one cap full for a full sink worth of water and food, so this baby lasts forever!! Yuck to purely yum! Message me if you want more info!!

Did you know that for centuries Coriander has been used to promote healthy digestion, relaxation, and to help maintain a clear complexion?
That’s probably why coriander seeds were found in the Egyptian tomb of King Ramesses II. Even Hippocrates, the ancient Greek healer who became known as the “father of medicine” was said to have used and recommended coriander.
While coriander is widely known for its use in the kitchen, it is clear that the benefits of Coriander oil reach far beyond the realm of cooking.
• Diffuse when you need help relaxing or falling asleep.
• Put a few drops in the palms of your hands, cup your hands over your nose and inhale deeply for a relaxation.
• Take a few drops internally after eating large meals to assist with digestion.
• Use in cooking recipes, but remember a little goes a long way.
• Helps maintain a healthy insulin response.
• Add a drop or two to your moisturizer and apply to the back of your neck or bottom of your feet to promote relaxation.
• Apply to sore muscles and joints or use with Fractionated Coconut Oil for a massage.
It’s clear that the benefits of Coriander essential oil, reaches far beyond the realm of cooking—making Coriander a popular oil for everyday use.

Do you often have trouble sleeping? Here is another combo I’m loving for helping with sleep because I love a restful sleep! Each of these oils helps calm the nervous system, mind, and body to help you sleep more peacefully 🙌🏻
I mix 12 drops each of vetiver, frankincense, lavender and wild orange in a 10ml roller and top off with fractionated coconut oil then I roll on my feet and back of neck and layer the neroli (which is already diluted) over it. I do this right before bed or 30 min before and then again before bed
Who else loves these oils for sleep? #gamechangers
If you have been looking to bring oils into your home message me or email me at email@example.com for details on my current starter kit limited time specials.
#momlife 🤣 I stole this from @versachi_h and maybe it’s been a long day but the picture cracks me up. We have definitely had times when we called on this recipe. One friend was saying he helped a family whose baby hadn’t pooped for days. As they applied it the father asked, “So about how long before it.... (juicy pooping sound from baby)” TMI? 🤣🤣🤣 Hop over to the link in my bio for more.
Here's a great tip if you have trouble getting into your groove in the morning. Take 1-2 drops of Slim & Sassy, add it to the palm of your hand, rub your hands together, cup over your nose and inhail slowly and deeply. Be international with this moment, bring your mind to the present and focus on the sweet and spicy aroma. It's so warm and invigorating in the morning!

each and every day i try to find a little more consistency & balance with my life (bc there isn't much). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I've never been consistent with journaling. with what's been going on lately i was drawn to write down what I was feeling to help me try and cope constructively. In doing so I find that it helps me get a different perspective or new realizations about things which is key to growing. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
another key to helping me has been this little bottle of grounding. I put in the diffuser when I get home and take a little time to reflect and write down my thoughts. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
do you journal every day or just when needed?
December 2007 was the first Christmas my sister in law Jesi and I celebrated with the whole Dewey clan. Before going to bed on Christmas Eve, Jesi pulled out gifts and presented each family member with a personal gift and the tradition of the Santa Boot began... What are some of your favorite family traditions?

Three things about this photo...
1) I gave up my daily coffee 1.5 years ago, but I still occasionally have a cup. (I’m careful to NOT have it more than once-ish a week because my body gets addicted so easily!) Typically if I do it’s on weekends with hubby.
2) I used to be really into the sweet coffee shop drinks - my fave was a half sweet white chocolate mocha. But my “very rare indulgence” started turning into a more-frequently-than-I-should sort of thing, and recently I’m just over it. I’m not craving them anymore and I’m not fond of the gross feeling I get when I consume something very sugary. Hence: a small decaf flat white with two honey, well-stirred. So satisfying and delicious. I’ve even begun to enjoy coffee black. 😮
3) I bought this drink with my “mad money” which is the small amount of funds that I budget each month for myself to spend on whatever I want. Chris gets his own separate amount. We’re focused on getting out of debt, but a small amount of spending money is imperative to sticking to your financial goals long term. Right now it’s a VERY small amount - like $10/month, depending on what else is happening in the month. Right now we’re saving up for grass in our backyard (it was left as just a bunch of mud and weeds by the previous owner), so everything else is squeezed tight. This makes me a lot more appreciative of the drink (or whatever else I blow my ten bucks on) when I do get it, which, I think can only be a good thing. I hope that down the road, when our “blow money” category is bigger, that I always remember to be thankful for the little things. 💙
PS. It’s super vulnerable-feeling to talk about finances, but I’ve been really passionate about it lately and might just write some posts about what I’ve been learning, if there’s interest. (I’ve become a budgeting ninja!! And I love it!! 🙌🏼)
Sara is a sweet yet woodsy smell. It is a blend of rose, ylang ylang, blue tansy, and geranium. This blend aids in emotional balance and the smell is so perfect for a low key Purfume I have this in my Purfume blend but I also apply it to my heart in the morning for that emotional aid leaving me smelling sweet effortlessly. I love how abundant the uses of oils are and how wonderful they smell. Can your Purfume aid you in emotional stability?🤓
The universe has been trying to teach me something for a while, and i think I'm finally starting to hear it.
LISTEN TO YOUR INTUITION!!! HEAR your inner voice and RESPOND/FOLLOW IT!!!!!!!!!!!! Normally these words come in through distorted white noise as I block them out, but they came like this in all caps for me this week as I experienced burned, cut, and bruised fingers and hands repeatedly.
I've been accident-prone for so long now that, up until now, I've accepted these constant "owies" as the norm.
But nuh-uh. Not anymore.
I am smart. I am safe. I am learning to be graceful.
And I don't think it's an accident that my latest scar is taking the shape of a heart.
Here's to choosing to breathe through the mistakes, let the negative thoughts go, and listen harder to that inner voice of knowledge and wisdom. To you, it might seem silly that I struggle with clumsiness so much that I'm afraid of cooking, but to me, this is just the bottom layer. If I can listen to this inner voice telling me to be careful in these small ways, I will learn to listen in greater ways.

As we strive to make our footsteps lighter,
A simple and frankly, easy change is this-
Say NO to paper napkins, paper towels ect.
I've had a cloth napkin basket forever-
It resides in the middle of the kitchen table.
All the napkins are mismatched, and thrifted, antiqued or ebayed.
Some have beautiful cut work, (like the butterflies ☝️😍) some are plain and utilitarian.
I search for vintage linen, not poly-cotton blends.
I like the "tea size" verses "dinner size"
It's smaller and more manageable.
Everyone gets a clean nakin a day, at their spot at the table.
They get used for hankies for sniffles, and shoved on coat pockets, or wrapped round snacks.
I have a dirty napkin basket that sits on top of my washing machine,
Since laundry is already a daily task in a family our size, one more load of napkins, (that usually get combined with the sheets or towels)
Isn't a big deal-
I add a couple of drops of Theives oil to the soap, to keep them smelling fresh-

My day had one of the roughest starts. My little guy woke up every two hours last night and has been super irritable all day long and my toddler threw an absolute fit when I wouldn’t let her play with a plastic bag. And, really nothing I did was going my way. I just couldn’t win, really. I just wanted to curl up in a ball and just cry. And then my baby girl came over to me and said “up.” I picked her up and she gave me the biggest hug and big ol’ wet smooch. That’s all I needed to turn my frown upside down.
Baby girl's mini diaper stash so far! 😄🤗
I'm glad I have a few size one apple cheeks and a couple newborns because the one size are looking HUGE even at the smallest they go! 😳🙊
Did you cloth diaper from newborn stage? If so, what type of diapers did you use? One sizes or set sized, like nb, 1, 2 etc? 🤔
I went to rite aid and they had a buy one get one free! I only spent $18 for this. I was low on natural hair care products. I have two daughters and I need to be stocked up on hair care products. I can’t wait to try these out on our next wash day😊😊
Neroli and Stress
My husband is working 12 hour shifts right now as an emergency project manager and it’s not yet been two weeks since I had Baby Z. Enter in all the stressful feelings and tandem nursing too for a super touched out and stressed mama. I had totally forgot about Neroli till today. I am so glad I found my roller and I’m pretty amazed at how fast it is working.
• Studies have shown that Neroli contains a high amount of Linalool, Linalool is responsible for helping our bodies mitigate stress better.
• Neroli may slow down our neuron firing and assist in GABA production. These two things allow us to enter a more calm state and handle outside stress better.
• Some studies have shown Neroli also supports healthy inflammatory levels in our gut, many people who have a high stress lifestyle also experience gastric discomfort. Applied topically to the lower abdominal area may decrease that discomfort.
To use Neroli for stress roll it over your pulse points and the back of your neck 🙌🏻
I would love to help you get started with essential oils and welcome you to my oil community! Send me a message for my March special and to reserve your free welcome box!
✨LRP Week!✨ Post 4
Using essential oils has become more than an alternative for us, they are just what we do, every day. Incorporating them into all of these different aspects of our lives reduces our exposure to toxins (huge priority!) and allows me to feel more in control about our own healthcare. I love not having to cover our faces bc we're spraying a "cleaning product" that we don't want to breathe it in. 😳
On Guard products contain essential oils that support healthy immune function, and help protect against environmental threats. Yay! Wild Orange, Eucalyptus, Clove, Cinnamon, and Rosemary are powerful oils, blended to help combat germs, airborne pathogens, colds, sore throats, and other every day issues.
FYI: You only need 3 Tbsp of the cleaner concentrate per 24 oz of water! This goes a long way! That's a lot of bottles of cleaner for $14.50 💪
To check out the full line of On Guard products, you can go to: www.mydoterra.com/erindelatorre ✌️
Not sure which oils you can take internally? It’s easy to tell by looking at the labels! The oils that have a “supplement facts” box on the label are safe to take internally in a veggie capsule or a glass of water and the oils that don’t have it, you can’t take internally. Easy peasy!
Which oils are your favorite to use internally? I love using lemon, on guard, and digestzen!
I’m so excited to announce some big things are coming your way Monday! My sister and I are teaming up and I can’t wait to show you everything we’ve been working on! It might be a little quiet over the weekend but look for a special deal coming with the announcement 🙀 #bigchange#collaboration#sisters
Hi! I haven’t introduced myself ever so I thought I would... I’m Lynde Lee Gregg and I am a wife to “Number 1”🤪, momma to 2 kiddos 👶🏼👧🏼, a nurse 👩🏻⚕️, and a wellness junkie 🌾. I live in Placerville, California and am currently on a month long vacation in Florida. I absolutely love 💗 helping others, using healthy natural alternatives, coffee in the morning, and my husband Andy. Jesus has my whole heart and I am set out to shine His bright light 💡! My goal is to reach more people and help them anyway I can with promoting healthy alternatives! I have suffered from post-partum anxiety and am working on not being such a worry wort! I love to share my experience with others to show them they aren’t alone! Some other random facts: I love being home and would stay home everyday if I could... But I then would forget to brush my teeth by 3pm some days then! 😳 so thankfully my husband and my kids get me out of the house and remind me to brush my teeth! 😉 I’m addicted to This is Us and try to not miss an episode and will cry my eyes out when the finale of the show happens! 😢 Ok! Enough about me! 🙋🏻♀️ Tell me about YOU!
