So, in a blender put:
•1 scoop of vanilla protein
•Vegetal milk (I used coconut milk)
Note: If you like it sweeter add 1tbs of coconut sugar/stevia or half banana.👌🏻
Then to add a special touch, fill it up with natural peanut butter or natural jam (sugar free) 🥜 and some strawberries 🍓😻
Hi all! Sometimes I feel like cooking up my tiny love something a touch extraordinary. And sometimes, like all other mama’s, I’m tired and I’m human and I need a two-ingredient meal for my son that takes less than five minutes. So I figured I’d begin putting my ideas out there, maybe something works and makes your life a little easier and just maybe a bit more fun too. This morning I made a big batch of a family favorite, but of course super mini version because everything is more fun mini. Banana, Wild Rice, Sweet Potato & Egg Pancakes 🥞. A few tips for success… Cook the wild rice first (lol you never know). Incorporate some type of leftover veggie, we had cinnamon baked sweet potato which I finely diced. Use one banana to one egg and there you have it! And if you’re anything like me set up a little breakfast station for babe, tiny vase with tiny flowers and all. Last part extremely optional. 😉
