These progressive RIP Trainer exercises will build on each other.
First setting a based with the RIP Rotation. Place RIP on hips, standing facing sideways, keep lats engaged and ribs hiding.
Begin by rotating away from the anchor point pivoting on the back foot leading with the hip. Return back under control.
Next moving into the RIP Stack Rotation. Arms are extended out in front of body, tryin to bend the bar. Same movement as above, now the resistance is further away from the body increasing the challenge.
Last is the RIP Samurai Strike! Your poet hand(right hand) is under neath and your base hand( left hand) is on top. Start with the power hand close towards your body and the bad ha d away from your body. Quickly push the power hand away from@your body and pull the base hand into wards your body and you pivot on the back foot striking the end of the RIP out in front of your body.
Repeat on each side
10 reps per side
2-5 sets of each exercise
