There is a difference between ‘using’ a suspension trainer and ‘utilizing’ a suspension trainer. In the first video, this is a move that I can easily do without holding onto the ring. In the second video I am using the ring to control my body down and to actively pull my body back up. This is one of the rare occasions that you can turn a back lunge into a (mostly) upper body workout.
FYI. Been a while since I’ve posted a handstand update. Still working. Still coming up against fear almost every time. And, still amazed and proud as all get-out that I’m at this place at all!!!😁😝✨#practice
MOVEMENT MATTERS // I’m giving you a preview of a new coaching tool provided to me by @stevenash called the @corevyo !! The versatility of this tool takes training further than your average resistance band. It’s unique design forces you to neutralize your pelvis, engage your core/ hip stabilizers that protect your spine and lower back.
