i’ve been coming into a different version of my life. i won’t bore you with the details, but about a year ago I started making different choices around time, money and my body. as you already know, it’s not one thing but about a thousand.
anyone who pretends to have your cure is a fool because it’s different for everyone everyday, forever.
my version of success is not only cooking my own meals, but having the time to enjoy them.
if you could sit in my kitchen right now, the smell would explain it all to you.
@kristalcapri 🙏 thanks for showing me how to navigate a kitchen, now let’s start a farm. 🌱🔮🌱 #proteincookie#bonebroth#foodasmedicine#antiinflammatory#practiceandalliscoming#cookyourownfood#energy#yoga#nourishment#seasonalfood#try

This dish was so creamy, yet with a bit of spice, it was absolutely heavenly. I love pasta & the noodles were soft, sauce was 💯. It arrived on a sizzling hot plate over 200 degrees and you can cook the beef yourself which was fun.. whoever said don't play with your food was wrong 😂
Their menu has a wide range of variety, from rice sizzling plates to mini hotpots. Their drink and dessert selection was extensive and their desserts looked very enticing. I can't wait to go back ! They also do durian based desserts here for the durian lovers.. 🍰🍦🍹
Omelettes is a good option if you're interested in lose weight and have great source of nutrients!
Filling my omelettes with fresh parsley, Canadian cheddar cheese, red onions, bacon (Just a little bit), kale and mushrooms.
Yummy homemade banana and chocolate chip bread 🙊😋 perfect for morning or afternoon tea. I just got this recipe off taste.com.au and just added the chocolate chips as I had lots in the cupboard. I also only ever use the Coles brand dark chocolate chips because I think they taste amazing plus they are super inexpensive 👌🏻 Side note: I only had one banana in the freezer and the recipe requires two. So I just added a ripe one from the fruit bowl to the top for more flavour.
