I think my workouts have not been the best this week but I am darn proud that I have consistently completed every workout! I’m feeling positive that this will be a good week, partly because I have the best gym partner ever. I swear I got such a great ab workout from laughing so much after our workout last night. It’s those moments that make me realize how much I love our life right now. Personally, I can be very pessimistic at times but I am working on that and try to consciously think positive. Just like my workouts consistency is key!
Slow and steady wins the race 🐢
A year ago I wasn’t very happy with where my body was at. Especially coming from a competitor mindset with the post show issues (imbalanced hormones, insatiable hunger, and that well known all or nothing mentality) 🤦🏻♀️
I was struggling to lean down, but also knew that for long lasting results and overall health I would have to take it slow. I started flexible dieting, decreasing overall cardio, and working out 4x/week all while still enjoying social outings, holidays, and unplanned for treats.
Nowadays, I can say I’m content with where I’m at 😁... I will always see room for improvements to be made and consider myself an work in progress, but I’m a happy girl 😉
@zozo_sanchez is at the top of the list when it comes to the amount of work she puts in.
This girl has grit! On AND Off the track. In AND Out of the classroom.
I remember asking her if her GPA was 4.0 and she told me “I think it’s higher actually” 😂
This girl is gonna go places. Mark my words.

ZERO point chili!!!! Beans, tomato sauce, rotel, an onion, spices and 99% fat free ground turkey all thrown in a crock pot. Even with cheese, sour cream and a few crackers this entire meal came to only 4 WW points 🙌🏼🌶 #zeropointchili link to recipe in comments!

Today has been a day of rest and recovery. This is my current view while watching a Braves game and working on updated my stage management doc for the show this weekend! I am so thankful for a snow day that finds us warm, cozy, and with power. And naps. I’ve enjoyed a couple of naps today. ☺️
