415 and I went to war today 💀 (Texas squat bar = 55lbs)
I went into the leg day wanting to squat 405 but little did I remember that the bar is heavier than I am used to in the commercial gym so hey new squat pr without wraps and it felt so damn heavy 😅

Pondělní nohy , 4 cvik, soustredenost zničit kvadriceps , negativní fáze dolu , nahoru se zatnutim svalu , neskutečné to odpali nohy , váhu neřeším , důležité je , aby to bylo cítit :) kdo zkusil , vi o jakou bolest jde :D
Nohy jsou slabina , tak se na ně musí trochu jinak , každej trenink na 100 %

Shape of today. 5 weeks and 2 days out. To build good and massive body with my height is a challenge. My legs are the most difficult bodypart, but I will keep pushing it. I will do this for the rest of my life I think.. 😅 - always fighting for the perfect body.. I have got questions lately from people about steroids and if I take that and other stuff to build the body the way I want. It's important for me to say to you all that I'm 100% clean. I have NEVER take ANY drugs to acheive this! This is pure diet and hard, hard work, sweat and tears. 💪🏻❤️.. and it's not like I'm thinking that I'm so great, big, muscular and so on, because I don't think I'm that at all!.. but I get all this questions and I will answer that..😊 And I don't care what other athletes do because it's their choise, AND I do understand it! AND I know that you can't get a muscular body without insane hard work and diet, drugs or no drugs.. I LOVE muscles and understand the needs and passion of pushing limits and create an insane body , also with steroids etc 😍😍❤️❤️❤️💪🏻I love this and will never give up!
