But, jacked up hands and all, I have never felt better, been this totally consistent with workouts and nutrition, and been this fit---coming from a life long runner.
Now I think "running is for the birds," give me all the total body, hard word, and heavy weights, please ☀️

I haven’t shared much with you guys because I’m afraid this might end up being a phase. But I’ve been using my @apple Watch to try to workout at least 30 minutes a day and meet other health goals. No weighing, no desire for the “perfect” body. Just movement. Ultimately I’d like to get to a healthy weight, but my only goal right now is to move. .
There’s a community center down the street where you can use the track for free. I’ve started going with coworkers during lunch and on my own on the weekends. I’ve also been diligent about going to the free yoga classes at work. So these are some random things I’ve been learning the past few weeks. 💜🎵🎶
Shout out to the moms out there!! - You are all A M A Z I N G!! I babysit this little monkey every Wednesday. Playing and chasing after her all day is exhausting. The first three weeks of this program I stayed strong and did my workout during her nap time. But this week and last week, when she napped, so did I!! Last week I skipped my workout all together ( the first time since I’ve started) but this week it will just be an evening workout! Seriously moms, keep doing your thing, cause you’re all rockstars!! 💞💞

My little man is feeling better thankfully, but his mama on the other hand seems to have picked up whatever he had👎🏽 It was a rough morning and I’ve only been able to consumed a handful of Cheerios. To top it off I had to call into work ☹️ I HATE calling in, but I’m sure nobody wants what I have. Lol!
