You guys!!!!!! This man seriously rocked my world with his fitness program. .
He challenged me physically - introduced me to my first 50 min workout, mentally- because some of those workouts I had to really give myself a pep talk, and definitely with my nutrition when he took away my carbs! I freaking love him! Tonight I got to hop on a special call with him and it was a total fan girl moment. I can't wait to meet him in person in April! .
Sidenote - I was reminded tonight how inspirational these super trainers are and how much they care about what they do and the people they help. Cloud 9 over here for real!!!!
There is seriously no better feeling in the world than celebrating some non-scale victories on a Monday!
1st NSV: Today was the first time in my entire life where I didn’t cringe putting on a swimsuit in March! I may or may not have shed a few happy tears and did a little dance! 😭👙
2nd NSV: My summer clothes from last year that I packed for this trip are now WAAAY too big for me... which also caused me to do another happy dance!! 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 I am forseeing a shopping trip in my future!
I honestly used to dread this time of year because I knew swimsuit and beach season was right around the corner and I was nowhere near where I wanted to be with my health and fitness. But for once in my life I feel strong, I feel confident and I am in the BEST shape I have ever been in!! 💪🏻💖

Jamie ~ These legends have been following us from the start and finally we get to try out their bean! Excited was an understatement. A nice deep, dark bean that will get the hairs on the back of your neck raised in the morning, that’s for sure. There is a hint of sweetness at the end that sneaks up on you, and do you know what? I appreciate it. 7.8/10•
Jules ~ Beans beans and more beans the guys out at @organicwoodfired definitely hooked The Broz up! Worked well as an espresso, but taken to the next level when you hit it with the cow juice! A darker bean that will suit the colder months, when you get to hit it with that lashing of milk. In saying that, I went through a Kg in less than 5days. 7.5/10
Jase ~ I've got to come clean. I thought these beans would be sitting around the 1 and 2 region for taste. I popped open the bag and it did indeed smell like woodfired coffee. It can only be disgusting, I thought. Banged out a couple of triples and a few dubs, after the dial, and was shocked to say the least. Actually quite a decent dark bean. Dont get me wrong, it aint your ethiopian single, but as an espresso, I found it unique. Will be an interesting one for the milkies. 7/10

We are going to be opening up a little coffee room inside the Rusted Roost building (formerly the old hotel) in Blissfield. /
This building is my very favorite in town, & now it is transformed into something so wonderfully high-vibe. It really is the dream spot for my little coffee venture. ☕️ /
As we get further into the process, I’ll be sharing more of our plans & creating Steam Inn’s own social media. /
