So the maple bacon croissant has been hyped up. It’s from @pophamsbakery in the middle of residential Islington. Heaving at the weekends, it’s a very charming small cafe with overwhelming smells of butter and pastry. Oh and the maple bacon croissant, it’s definitely worth trying... #londoncafeguide
This year for me is all about growth. That means that when I have an opportunity to meet some new folks, I need to act on it if I can.
Yesterday I met up with some awesome new blogger friends at @Mudsmith on Greenville Ave. in Dallas. It was great to connect and network with creative, like minded people who are about supporting each other. Looking forward to more opportunities to grow and make new friends in 2018. .

Ah yes hot coffee, the most important meal of the day ☕️ The last couple months I’ve been following a few different workout guides. I wanted to share how important it is to have a plan when it comes to your workout regimen. Do you show up to the gym and decide what you’re going to do while you’re there? Do you just kind of wing it and go from machine to machine? This is okay behavior BUT if you want to see results faster and hold yourself accountable. You NEED a plan. The simplest thing to start with is to dedicate each workout day to 1-2 muscle groups and also have a day where you workout full body. Disorder will ALWAYS sabotage your ability to excel. If you’re interested in having more structured workouts and a plan to hold you accountable the one I am doing right now is by @stef_fit. Remember order is the precursor to excellence 💪
