This year I’m focused on no longer letting the little things get to me and not worrying about the past or stressing about the future. Chicken hearts with kale and herbs on a bed of lettuce, arugula and sauerkraut. Organ meat is loaded with nutrients and minerals. One should eat about 100 to 400 grams a week. It even contains vitamin C that people usually think can't be provided from animal sources. In organ meat you have it provided in a completely with copper. That makes it great to enhance the histamine degrading enzyme DAO. However, some people are sensitive due to a higher amount of histamines. It is conflicting.
For dessert I made an anti-inflammatory smoothie since my daughter has got the flu. I made it with raspberries, gooseberries, blueberries, tulsi, moringa, wheatgrass, turmeric, gelatin from grassfed beef, brainoctane oil and colloidal silver.
Since I will go on an lchf Cruise in the weekend I try to boost myself as much as possible with antioxidant, minerals and nutrients.
It’s so important to take the time to care for ourselves and treat ourselves with compassion. 💙 If you are feeling tired or stressed out, rest, relax, and do something kind for yourself! Soaking in a bath is something I always find extra relaxing... I'm in the process of decluttering my apartment ✨Previously I found it hard to let go of things and no matter how hard I tried, clothes etc. always ended up being put back in the cupboard 👗👢👛 I was the type of person who said things like "It may come in handy". The result, an overcrowded home and lost time trying to find the things I actually use on a regular basis... .
In my efforts to change I followed 2 tips and they made such a difference to my thinking 💭 .
1. Ask yourself, if you walked into a shop today and saw this item, would you buy it? If the answer is 'no', you have a new addition to the donate to charity pile.
2. Think about the past year, how often have you worn or used the item? Again, if you struggle to remember it may be time to donate the item.
