110g dark chocolate
2 egg yolks
Grease your ramekins with butter then dust with cocoa powder . Set aside in the freezer
Melt the butter , sugar and chocolate over a bain marie. Crack the eggs into a jug and whisk well. Pour the eggs into the chocolate mix slowly whisking in between.
Whisk for about 2-3 mins then remove from the heat and add the flour. Ensure no lumps. Pour into ramekins and bake for about 7-8 mins on 180 deg C.
