Started the 2018 triathlon training season off with Haddonfield Adrenaline 5k and some pre/during/post shots of Jameson’s Irish Whiskey...it was St. Pats day after all! Doing Maine and Georgia 70.3 so far this year, still haven’t pulled the trigger on a full. Perhaps next year. 🤷🏼♂️

Although I didn’t follow my strict diet the entire time I was gone, my skin looks better now than it has in almost a year. Being surrounded by family and friends at home base absolutely helped boost this healing process

Scones sweet and savory today. The sweet ones are Rosemary Lemon and the combination is fresh, bright and herby.
The savory ones are Cheese and chives highlighted with flecks of wiri wiri peppers.
These are the perfect Sunday brunch accompaniment. I made eggs, ham and yoghurt parfaits to go with these babies today. Brunch is a Sunday lazy day vibe.
