Are you catching your child being good?
How often we as parents try to enjoy those moments when the children are playing nicely together!
we often sneak out of the room to catch up on whatever we want to do only few minutes later that we are back to solve the fight and shush the shouting!
What we usually do is giving our children” negative attention” attention only when they do something that needs parenting and we easily forget to give the same attention when they do something or not doing anything at all!
Well let me explain more: Children look for attention. They want yours in any way, for praising or even for telling off. They just want it and they will get it one way or another. They prefer negative attention than non at all and they know how to get it! Soon enough we get stuck in that cycle, they misbehave (to get attention) you react (you give attention) they like it and they do it again!
It is important for us as parents not to fall in that trap of negative attention and to constantly give good attention and praise your child for “ the nice picture he is paining, or for playing nicely with his sibling or even just sitting quietly on his own.
Constant praising of the good attitude reinforce the behaviour whereas negative attention does quite the opposite.

Add it to Pasta sauce, leave it chunky or blend
Add it to bolognese
Add it tochilli con carné
Add it to cottage pie
Add it to Shepherd pie
Add it pizza sauce with oregano,tomatoe pasta and garlic, leave chunky or blend.
Add it to soups and stews( almost all of them)
Add it grated or finely chopped to salads.

It’s absolutely crazy to me that 2years ago.... I thought oils where voodoo. I guess that’s what you get for being small minded and not really understanding what plant juice can really do. Now I am a completely different person because of Young Living! Our families life is completely different.
