I often tell my patients that they aren’t utilizing their natural resources. The ones that are available to them right now. How someone breathes shows me their state of consciousness, their state of emotions and their state of health. 🙏
The cooler months are just around the corner. We often spend more time at home during autumn and winter, so it's important that we make sure our homes offer the right energy for our wellbeing.
Try these tips to help get your home ready for the cooler months: 🌬 Clean up your house and throw out everything you don't need or want. Items in your home that you don't use simply collect dust and create stagnant energy, so be tough and throw them out. 🌬 Make the most of the light-filled hours by opening your blinds and welcoming the sunshine into your home. 🌬 Do an audit on the lighting you use to determine whether you can make a shift to more energy efficient lighting. 🌬 Create a comfortable space for meditation or simply to sit and enjoy some restful, quiet and contemplative time to yourself.
