Summary of the day - Woke up at 188lbs (+5lbs) after a #CheatWeekend of cake and hibachi, and knew I had some ground to make up. Checked the #zenlabs#10ktraining app and decided to use today’s workout to my advantage. 4 miles and an 18hr fast later, I’m back in #ketosis . Verified by my trusty @ketomojo

So glad she had time to snap it unwrapped, I left it wrapped hoping nobody would open it till the bride got there but when I looked at it it was opened and completely empty 😳 don't know who ate them but hope they enjoyed them!
Ah well, bride's family now she can have them anytime 😉

Ce weekend, j'ai vraiment mais vraiment mais vraiment pas bien manger ! 👎🤢 J'ai passé la majorité de mon temps en voiture et c'était inévitable que je mange sur la route mais je n'ai aucune excuse valable. J'ai clairement manquer de discipline et de volontés ! 🤔 Il aurait été possible de dire oui au IGA pour une salade rapide au lieu du Mcdo pour un hamberger mettons. Mon cheat meal c'est transformer en cheat weekend +++++ ! Parce que oui, ça m'arrive aussi des moins bonnes journée comme ça ! 😏
Ce matin durant mon entraînement j'avais l'impression de suer le mcdo, les chips, le chocolat, le bacon et j'en passe ! 😅 Disons que mon entraînement de ce matin était pas mal difficil parce qu'on va se le dire, ce que j'ai manger ce weekend donne ZÉRO énergie à ton corps !

Me realizing and thinking about how much I ate and drank this weekend (okay that’s a lie, since Valentine’s Day😂🐷)🍷 I’m pretty sure I ate/drank quadruple my body weight in chocolates, pizza, chips and bean dip, wine, cookies, pasta, hummus and pita chips but this weekend was so much fun! Haven’t been the gym in about 3 days and my body is feeling sluggish from that and all the junk food but I’m ready for a little cleanse and to take on this upcoming week☺️🙌🏽🏋🏽♀️ I hope everyone had a great weekend. Truth be told I don’t feel skinny today... I don’t feel strong. I was exhausted last week and only worked out twice, and didn’t count a single carb or calorie this weekend. I could sit here and beat myself up but instead I’m going to look at these two pictures and remind myself that this journey adds up to more than an off-week. It’s going to happen because we are humans with busy schedules and real lives. Imagine having a cheat weekend and being well off the rails 😂...
