Too many women think that eliminating "carbs" from their diet means giving up sugary drinks, breads, pasta etc and sticking to wholesome foods (pictured above) -
The problem is that all of these "clean and healthy" foods have carbohydrates.

The problem is that women are fking clueless that they didn't actually give up carbs and then go around blabbing to girl-friends that they lost weight and fat by "giving up carbs."

What you ACTUALLY did was eliminate excess calories and really upped your micronutrient intake by sticking to less processed foods.

Well tomorrow is the day, this month has been an absolute waste. I lost the first week, then went on to gain 8lb, then lost 6lb so still gaining two. I had a weekend away for a friend's hen which I drank lots and had two takeaways on the Sunday!!! Weighed myself on the Monday and I regained 6lb. Wtf was I thinking. Suxh a fool. Since Monday I've been a slimming angel. Counting every calorie. So I'm praying that I have done something in the last five days to at least give me a maintain. Or better still a loss. Pray for me guys.

Made some pecan flapjacks as a birthday cake for my husband. 200 calories each & they were yum, especially with a dollop of vanilla ice cream.  Just as well I’ve done 20k steps today. Prior to my diet overhaul last year, I would have (oven) chips 3/4 times a week. This is the first time this year I have eaten any chips.
