If you’re like me who hates plain chicken breasts, high five and welcome to the club! I despise plain chicken breasts. Yeah, yeah, educate me about clean eating, I couldn’t care less because eating dry reheated chicken breast and rice is disgusting. It makes you rethink about life πŸ˜‚ and honestly, for me, it messes with my daily food intake.

Lo and behold, I found an answer to our problems (especially those who are cutting!) I simply add 100g of the no added sugar sweet and sour sauce to my chicken and rice and sweet baby Jesus it makes a huge difference. To get through my cut, I try to make high volume meals but at the same time tasty. You know why a lot of people fail with their diets? Because they eat plain shit. They think that it’s the only way but it’s not. Count your macros but at the same time enjoy your food and trust me… we will succeed. YOU will succeed.

So let's get started!
Now, complex carbohydrates are said to be good for health but let's understand why it is said so? 
First of all complex carbohydrates are chain of glucose molecules which are harder for our body to break down instantly. Polysaccharides is a type of complex carbohydrates. Poly as the name refer "many" and sachride means glucose(sugar) which does not spike our insulin and provides us energy throughout.
Both simple and complex carbohydrates are broken down by our body into its smallest form i.e glucose which is further used as energy. Complex carbohydrates food provides mineral,vitamin,starch which slows down the digesting process.This is the reason we need to add complex carbohydrates in our diet. But eating only complex carbohydrates in abundance is also not good for health. There should be a balance between our intake of simple and complex carbohydrates.

Now, complex carbohydrates are said to be good for health but let's understand why it is said so? First of all complex carbohydrates are chain of glucose molecules which are harder for our body to break down instantly. Polysaccharides is a type of complex carbohydrates. Poly as the name refer "many" and sachride means glucose(sugar) which does not spike our insulin and provides us energy throughout. Both simple and complex carbohydrates are broken down by our body into its smallest form i.e glucose which is further used as energy. Complex carbohydrates food provides mineral,vitamin,starch which slows down the digesting process.This is the reason we need to add complex carbohydrates in our diet. There are alot of myths that by working out intensly in the gym,by lifting heavy weights will make you bulky like a men, actually this ain't true. First of all for building muscle you need to have your hormones in correct proportion. The main hormone in building muscle is testosterone. Testosterone is the primary male hormone. Male body produces testosterone in large quantities. But female primary hormones are estrogens. They produce testosterone,but in small quantities. For women or men to build muscle they require testosterone to be sufficient enough in their body. Due to women's natural instinct of not producing lager amount of testosterone, women might not get bulky enough like men(unless they use steroids). Other factors (like diet, discipline,etc) also play a major role in building muscle.
