I’ve stopped training completely until I get my MRI on my back to see the extent of recovery. Squats and Deadlifts will be off the cards for a minimum of 8 weeks. If it’s not as bad as I think, I’ll be back training upper body and whatever leg movements with limited stress on the disc next week.
I’ll be focusing way more on core stability, flexibility and being able to do simple body movements again before even attempting to pull weight off the floor or put something on my back.
Once I do that successfully, I’ll rebuild my conventional deadlift and squat, with the most respectable form that you have ever seen with no breakage in form or pain and probably won’t max out every month like my old stupid ass bitch self in this video 😢😂🤦🏻♂️.
You should never be in physical pain when trying to strengthen your body or after sets. I’m young and I’m not stressed at all by having to take steps back, we’re in it for the long run boys yeaaaahhhh 😜 🍌🍼🍤.
