It’s okay girl .. .
It’s okay to have bad days .
It’s okay to cry .
It’s okay to want to punch things .
Get angry , be mad. It’s human nature .. .
When I can’t press play . I get so angry . It’s a lifestyle for me now and it fuels my day - I just physically can’t right now - and it’s frustrating .. but I’ve learned to take a seat back . Fuel my mind and dive deep into personal development when my body can’t do the workout , my mind can do it instead .. .
I make sure since I can’t move and workout that my nutrition is on par - it’s crucial . .
I can throw a pity party or I can attempt .. so I foam roll and stretch .. that’s the best I can currently do . .
