DAY832 - this evening's dolo 9.22 mile workout: 2 miles warm-up + 3 x 2 mile threshold push(with 5min rest in between) + 1.22 mile warm-down; that's about 9 loops around the perimeter of Fort Green Park & Brooklyn Hospital 😳; wanted to test a new location only to be mistaken that it's only 0.88 mile all around 😫; chilly temps + light rain to moderate rain made for a miserable speed workout; the 5min rest in between the 2 mile repeats was not planned 😫; perimeter had 2 sharp inclines so hill workout as well as speed 🤷♂️; don't know if i'll be doing mile repeats here again yet it is close to home; will let you know @thatcoffeyboy if you want to join in the loops next time; thank you @runadventuresome for the workout 💪 - sorry i was short the .78 miles of the warm-down

Happy @runadventuresome was able to come out for the multi-state travel adventures. :) I am still working back into optimal speed mode and although I did not have it for full speed, to watch everyone fly up the inclines after all the turns, that was a sight to see. I am honored and humbled by the faith and trust for executing my "adjustments". My life has been blessed by so many. Know that all of you held close to heart and that I would go through a wall for you.
DAY829 - this evening's 6.01 mile workout: 0.22 mile warm-up + 3 x Suicide Hill medium repeat(hydrant end, corner end, Clark St end) + 1 x Suicide Hill medium repeat w/ alternating block sprints & making a right into BK promenade back on the hill and retrace + 1 x Suicide Hill slow gradual pickup in speed w/ alternating blocks to dead end + 1-ish warm-down to Han Dynasty(pictured); tough workout where i was sucking air, wanted to throw up b/c of some banana pudding eaten an hr before the workout(not a good idea); felt more on the core than the legs; thanks @arunninglifetc @polakai @hendrix1.0 @nochevalle @abcdefgeb @msdutchlatte @meliss_dahl @no_ig_fred @marnihope @reng555 @tycarterbk for the company; thanks @miz.meliz @clamnyc @chubbsd0lla @therealtsun for the company & food afterwards 🙏
