Yoga teaches you how to embrace this discomfort and be the OBSERVER of your experience with EASE and ACCEPTANCE. It's like stepping outside of yourself in order to witness the SELF in the midst of GREATNESS!
My daily mantra was "I AM NOT A BODY, I AM IN A BODY." This allowed me to reach a higher consciousness/high frequency of LOVE and understanding of how the METAPHYSICAL world works. I CREATED the birthing experience I desired by simply applying myself to the LAWS of life...I call it "VISUALIZATION meeting PREPARATION." I had so much clarity about my birth because I visualized myself birthing daily (my cervix opening with ease and speed 😁) and became FULLY knowledgeable about childbirth, my body on a biological level, my mind on a spiritual level, nutrition and ALL things that COMBINED, played an important role on how my birth unfolded.
If I wanted to experience a gentle birth, I had to control the world INSIDE OF ME. Once I unlearned counter productive programming/conditioning regarding birth and the way our mind works, I entered into a space of BLISS. While laboring, all I had was my breath and Yoga is the best way to PERFECT it. It's a combination of Body/Mind coordinations, breathing techniques, mindfulness/awareness, resistance, core strength and mental health. I released all of my anxiety and prepare myself for the quiet space I desired for my birth to the point where I was very quiet when I labored in my home. I love this photo @sasha_aya! ❤️
Ps. No one in my home knew I was in labor until my last surge that was extremely POWERFUL!
Yes, breath is life. But, did you know that isn't the air we breathe that keeps us alive, It's :prana: ?
Prana is the life force, bioenergy.
When we consciously work with prana our whole being starts to transform.
Literally, we are becoming full of :light:
All the Fear we had inside of our being, now it's transforming into Love.
Love which moves us in the direction of honesty, integrity, and truth.
Sickness disappears, and all that is left is creativity.
We are starting to explore our being, literally while getting high on our own breath.
Breathe which is so powerful to remove all blockages and past traumas/ sicknesses.
We become free for the first time in our life.
We finally feel so light, and so easy.
Just ready, for the fly.🦋

Do it for 40 days in a row for 11 minutes, and see how your life is starting to transform. + this is a great technique for focus, steadiness of the mind, and mental clarity.

1️⃣Make an amazing glass of fresh lemonade
2️⃣Peel the bitter fucking skins off and hold the sugar, you don’t need the added sweetness, #embrace the sour, it’s natural
Taking a fucked up situation and throwing some sugar on it, may make it seem better now but in the long run, face it, it won’t.
Remove the thoughts that are polluting your mind, take a #breath , and chew on what’s sour. Feel it all, in the moment it probably won’t seem good, and will definitely be worse than your quick fix sugar solution but guaranteed, you’ll feel a heck of a lot better in the end.

A long time ago when I was living on a small island on the beach I would wake up at 6:00 in the morning to run in the mountains!Afterwards hitting the sea and doing laps no matter the height of the waves!At night I would hit the gym to lift weights and joined TangSooDo!In sports you speak the same language so even though I was new to Greek I picked up quick on the movements!What I liked about this form of Karate was the mindset and the fact you needed to become lean!So from then on before I ran I would do the exercises on this poster!Little did I know that Yoga would now be so part of my everyday... Pero por sobre todo lo que se activa es tu potencia: la posibilidad que te das de respirar, sentir y escuchar a tu cuerpo... renunciando a las expectativas, los juicios y la competencia, permaneciendo en el momento presente.
