No workout yesterday as my right knee was all of a sudden bothering me so I just rest. It's still a bit bothersome today but I declare I'm going to do some type of #workout in Jesus name🙌

Breaking fast with egg salad cups mixed with homemade mayo, celery, dill and pickled green beans and 1/2 of a small avocado 🥑. All sprinkled with @traderjoes “Everything but the Bagel Seasoning Blend”.
A pile of meat.. steak, chicken, broccoli, mushrooms, homemade spicy mayo (we made our own mayonnaise and added Sriracha and a teeeeeny squeeze of stevia glycerite). This is my first meal of the day. I broke a 27!!!!!! hour fast. Trying #OMAD for a few days to see how it goes. I also ate a few pieces of Kerrygold Skellig cheese that I bought on sale today. 😊 I've been drastically cutting back on my cheese and artificial sweeteners this go 'round. I can go around and around about this but I agree with the school of thought that says artificial sweeteners just make you want more sweets and in turn, make you cheat more. Same goes with "low carb" wraps. Personally, I can't do it anymore. I'm trying to take a true whole foods approach to keto, so I've got to leave that other stuff in the past. I AM NOT THE KETO POLICE. Just saying that stuff doesn't work for ME! If it works for you, you do you sis...
It's been a long ass day and I'm super exhausted. Applied for my passport today and LOL my passport photo... the only bright side is I finally see that I have less chins than I had 2 years ago!
Another long ass day tomorrow so I'm hoping Friday is relatively calm and I can hide from everyone and just do yoga and go to the Riverwalk with my dog...
