1 peeled or frozen banana
1 1/2 cup almond milk
1 pack GARU Black
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup ice
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
½ cup fresh (or frozen) blackberries
2 Tbsp chopped raw walnuts
Banana almond butter smoothie 🍌when a green smoothie feels too healthy, this is my go to. It’s 2 sliced bananas, 1 and 1/2 cup oat milk (my new favorite alternative milk, it’s naturally very sweet), 6 medjool dates, 2 tsp almond butter, 2 tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp Maca Powder for and energy boost, and a few cubes of ice 👌
Sometimes I have more fun taking the pictures than drinking the smoothies, but this one was hard for me to put down. Here’s a chocolate covered strawberry smoothie. It’s healthy but tastes like dessert 🍫🍓 Recipe👇🏻
1/2 Frozen banana
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
2 Tbsp (or more) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup ice
1 cup (or more) unsweetened almond milk
Drizzle of honey

Salute 🙌🏻 the weekend with this green 🥦🥒🥑🍏 smoothie recipe from #Nutriseed that should not be missed ☝🏻 :
1 lemon, quartered (washed and unpeeled)
1 whole avocado, peeled and pitted
2 stalks celery
1 tsp. Nutriseed Green Blend
10g Nutriseed Organic Spinach Powder
½ bunch parsley
½ bunch coriander
1 cucumber (washed and unpeeled)
1 teaspoon organic extra-virgin olive oil
Pinch of Nutriseed Himalayan Rock Salt
Water as needed
Nutriseed Organic Chia Seeds (to top off)
Beginning with approximately 100ml of water, combine all ingredients into the blender, and blend for around 1 minute.
Add water as until you reach the desired consistency.
Top with a sprinkle of Nutriseed Organic Chia Seeds.

We’re home! We went to a festival/expo in Malmesbury this weekend, ‘‘twas fun but I have been plagued with such bad shoulder pain, which are also causing referral pain in the form of headaches, so I didn’t really get to enjoy it. I’m home today to relax, try and take some time to find some good pain relief and mentally prepare for a new week ahead.
