1 1/2 scoops of Level 1
1/2 a banana
1/2 a pb &J sandwich (sugar free jam, it’s so delish )
43 g Protein
9 g Fat
26 g carbs
Now time to go workout 💪❤️💪❤️💪❤️.

✅ 3 eggs⠀
✅ ¼ cup non-dairy milk ⠀
✅ 2 tsp dried basil⠀
✅ salt & pepper to taste⠀
✅ 1 Tbsp coconut oil⠀
✅ 1 medium onion, diced⠀
✅ 1 cup mushrooms, diced⠀
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease the muffin tin with half of the oil and set aside.⠀
2. Whisk the eggs and milk well in a large bowl. Add seasonings (optional: basil, salt, pepper).⠀
3. Peel and chop the onion. Wash and chop the mushrooms.⠀
4. Heat a stovetop pan over medium heat and add the rest of the oil. Add vegetables and cook for 5-8 mins. Stir often.⠀
5. Pour the onion and mushrooms ingredients into the egg bowl and mix well. Use a ladle to pour the mixture into the muffin pan (it should make 4-6 muffins).⠀
6. Bake for about 20 minutes until the egg muffins turn golden brown. Remove the muffins from the pan immediately and let cool.⠀
7. Enjoy now or refrigerate for up to 3 days.⠀
Tip: Ingredients equal one portion. Cook more than one serving at a time by multiplying ingredients by the number of servings desired. ⠀

Best protein coffee yet. I woke up a bit wonky in the stomach today due to some nice allergies. Love when spring comes around...hate Houston allergies. Anyway back to the coffee. 1 pack of @paleoproproducts ancient cacao, 1 tbsp of maca powder, 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil, 1/2 tbsp of @artisanaorganics coconut butter, 1 scoop of @vitalproteins gelatin and 1 scoop of the collagen peptides. 1/2 a cup or so of @califiafarms toasted coconut almond milk and 2 tbsp of the coconut/almond milk creamer. Added 1/2 a cup of hot coffee and blended. So creamy so delicious and easy on my stomach.
Some mornings I wake up early and do a badass workout💪🏼 Some mornings I sleep in and change my workout time to later in the afternoon 😴
But no matter what, I always have my chocolate shake🤗 Today’s tastes like Chocolate covered cherries 🍫🍒😍 but treats my body like 6 salads, protein, and a multi-vitamin!
Breakfast used to be DIFFICULT!!! Honestly, I would skip it most days because running after my toddler and newborn back in the day (before I discovered my solution) was insane!!! Everyone KNOWS they need to start their day with healthy food. I was not doing that because I did not have the time to cook eggs/veggies or oatmeal. I knew what I should be doing but I just didn’t do it. Because it felt like ONE extra step in my morning. And because I figured it didn’t really matter that I skipped a meal because, hey I wanted to lose baby weight didn’t I??
OMG no. Just, NO!
If this is you, you’ve got a PROBLEM, just like I did! YOU ARE RUINING YOUR METABOLISM!!! Did you hear me?? Ruining the well designed system that God gave us to use the food we give it as fuel and to give us energy and life. Your metabolism slows the eff down and actually starts to STORE FAT when you skip meals.
My solution needed to be something QUICK, HEALTHY & CONSISTENT. I had to be able to make and eat my breakfast on the go. In the car on the way to work or dropping off my son at school. Because when it wasn’t, I was skipping.
Thank you GOD for showing me the light, allowing me to give my body all of the superfoods that it needs right off the bat, making it taste good and giving me ONE LESS THING TO THINK ABOUT!!!🤪 There’s a reason they call me a Healthy Hot Mess. 🤣

Ce matin on s’est levé super tôt, on était pressé, donc la veille j’ai préparé ces petits « Egg Cups » (si vous avez le nom en français je suis preneuse... mais pas Oeuf dans une tasse svp... ça ne sonne pas super! 😜) Recette suuuuuuper simple : tu prends un tranche de jambon que tu mets dans le fond d’un ramequin, tu casses ton œuf dans la tranche de jambon, légumes de ton choix (moi j’ai coupé brocolis et mini-tomates), un peu de fromage râpé (au goût), sel, poivre, et c’est FINI! 🥚🥦 🍅 🧀
Au four : 400F, 15 min. Si tu aimes les œufs coulants, y aller pour 13 minutes.
Pourquoi je te partage ça maintenant?? Pour te donner une chance de les préparer ce soir! C’est tellement rapide!

🍗1 problem I started running into was eating enough protein.
⌚️I came up with this quick breakfast when I needed something I could throw together and rush out the door with every morning 🚪⚡️(let's be real here I am always running late #nolie ).
♨️Pop it in the microwave for one minute and WA-LA! You have a tasty sandwich with the same macros as a less tasty protein bar! 😋
. 🔁 SWAPS: You can also substitute the bread for a 100 cal sandwich thin or use a more calorie dense bread if you need to "beef" it up for the #gains . Not a sausage fan? Swap out for uncured turkey bacon or Canadian bacon, which are bother lower fat meat options. (Macros will vary)

Hola! Una amiga me preguntaba hace días de una opción fácil de desayuno para llevar y se me ocurrió esta!
Son unos muffins de huevo que puedes dejar listos la noche anterior, muy fáciles de hacer!
Solo que me preparé un jugo verde antes.
Para el jugo,
- un puño grande de espinaca - un pepino lavado y pelado - jengibre
- un limón - un puño chico de germinado de alfalfa
- una taza de piña
Todo va al extractor y lo tomas inmediatamente después.
Los muffins de huevo, los preparé solo de claras e hice una mezcla con lo siguiente:
- zanahoria - espinaca - cebolla morada - cilantro
Le agregué sal, pimienta y un sazonador vegetal que uso normalmente.
Integras y revuelves muy bien y después va al horno por unos 15/20 minutos a 180 grados C, usé aceite de coco para el molde.
Para servir solo agregas salsa martajada o mexicana y listo, a disfrutar! .
ENG/ Hi! A friend was asking for a fast easy breakfast to grab on the go, and I can think of these egg white muffins as a good option! I just added a green juice made out of spinach, cucumber, lemon, alfalfa sprouts, cup of pinneaple and ginger. .
Now for the muffins, is an easy mix with carrot, spinach, purple onion and coriander. I added salt, pepermint and a veggie seasoning I like to use. You mix everything in a bowl and place the mix in a muffins mold with a bit of coconut oil then put it in the preheated oven at 180C for 15/20 minutes.
For serving just add salsa! And enjoy!
