This can be a quick workout on its own if you’re short on time, or added to the end of your workout for increased intensity.

*BOSU is optional and will add additional challenge to your balance, core control and stability. I find it very helpful to incorporate BOSU training in my workouts.. It improves my overall ankle stability when running and in day to day activities. .

Battle ropes are a great modality for HIIT training.. 💦 and will elevate your heart rate! As always, if you are a beginner or have not used these modalities yet. Consult a trainer for guidance. .

🤦🏾‍♂️Curling on a bosu is dumb. Standing on the bosu doesn’t produce any substantial core development. Add in bicep curls and now you’re training it even less. As for the curling portion, by standing on a bosu, you’re unable to use any significant weight to get a good training response.

🤦🏾‍♂️Dumbbell shadow boxing is stupid. Yeah I know your favorite boxer probably does it and I guess it looks cool? But you’re literally training a horizontal movement against vertical resistance.

🤦🏼‍♀️Standing side bends are risky for the spine while producing little results. The risk to reward ratio sucks.

🙅🏼‍♀️And lastly don’t be that person that walks on an incline while hanging onto the rails. The incline you set to make things harder have been completely negated by grabbing the rails.
