Reasons I Love My Job
Being a PT can be tough.. early mornings, late nights, inconsistent schedule. You lose time with family and friends, your training and health can even suffer as a result but there’s little things that happen each day that make it all worth it!
Jane came to me lacking a bit of motivation and wanted a session to give her some new ideas and brush up on technique. Deadlifts were first. She said she’d been using the 15kg pre set barbell but used to be able to do 60kg. 10 mins later we had her doing 65kg for a double 😱To see her excitement MADE MY DAY!
Seeing the little wins that mean so much to each individual is what makes being a PT so rewarding. It’s a pretty cool feeling knowing you just made someone’s day 👌🏻
