A W a k e | So, yeah I just decided I wanted to not post for a few days. I know when I’m not ‘feeing it’ and start to cringe at my own attempt to share something just because it’s supposed to be a daily thing we do on here these days. Do you ever feel like you’re just blending in with everything else going on? I never wanted to blend in.
It’s nuts how I find myself getting ‘stressed’ about the silliest of things, adding pressure to a life that already has enough real shit to deal with. Again going back to my ‘Nature and the Outdoors’point (see previous post).. it’s usually not until you are separated from your mindless routine of what you call life that you realise you’re missing the simple joys and experiences of this precious life we have.
I’ve spent the last few days walking round London trying to slow my pace down to take it all in and it saddens me to see so many humans in fast forward looking like zombie robots, rushing through life so fast, getting ourselves in such a hectic muddle that we forget to appreciate the magic of what we are already a part of.
I’m not even sure if that makes sense? Anyone else feel this way? .
(Disclaimer: I’m high on life and care a lot about all our futures. I don’t always know what I’m saying when I’m in this state, I just know I’m speaking my mind and being real so I’m choosing to share it) 💜
Who Knows, maybe you’ll read this and then Maybe you’ll do something mindful, go for a walk in nature, give someone a hug, and it will make you feel happy, and then maybe you’ll share that with me below. That would be cool.

Kinda busted up my finger climbing this week so that meant more cardio!! Fire up the weekend with this 5 round HIIT session I did over at @redspiderclimbing and earn that weekend treat!

4 Jumping Jack/ 2 squat combo

8 high knees / sprawl combo

This was a fun little project that I really enjoyed doing! I learned a lot and I hope you did to!
In total this took me about 2 hours to put together. It was expensive but that's because I bought high quality materials. If you are on a budget you can easily find cheaper materials and still create a great vertical farm. If you want a lazier solution rather than making your own vertical farm, fear not I have another option for you!
Two of my friends @asiangirlsmiles and @chase_ando have started an awesome company @avasmartgarden and have created the BYTE, a portable indoor smart garden for your home!
