Finishing this mornings session with some box jumps. Not everyone has the ability to perform box jumps correctly and so it's an exercise that shouldn't be used my most individuals.
5 months later, 13 pounds lighter, upper body and lower body strength drastically improved.
Bench press is up from
25kg - 5 to 40kg - 5.
As a result her arms are much more toned and sculpted.
Whoever tells you that you can't lose weight and get stronger doesn't know what they are talking about. You can, you just need to be patient and consistent.
