It takes discipline and STRUGGLE to get to that point of failure, AND THEN KEEP GOING!!!!! I have to tell myself the whole time that it's a good thing, it's a good pain, and it's what I need to grow. 🌳This is how everything in life is. Struggle promotes growth. Find that inner discipline and strength to keep going and fight every day and every rep for what you want most!! One of today's superset - close squat for 20 reps (be sure it's heavy enough that want to stop at 10), then a high rep sumo squat pulse.
Get low, pulse 1 rep, then come all the way up.
Get low, pulse 2 reps, come up.
Get low, pulse 3 reps, come up.
Repeat until you make your way all the way to TEN 👐💪👊
