I feel like I haven’t posted in weeks 🌚 I’ve been so busy this week I haven’t even had time to train at all. Last week I took the week off to rest my body as I feel I had been overtraining prior to competition. This week has been quite busy and I haven’t made it to the gym as much as I’d like to 😔.

However there is a silver lining, I haven’t lost any gains, not from what I can see 😏. Them quads and traps are still going strong 💪🏾. It’s been 2 weeks since I’ve done any kind of body weight exercise and my body composition is still pretty much in tact 🙏🏾. The one thing I have done is EAT CLEAN. I haven’t binged or fallen completely off the wagon. ⠀⠀

I always say consistency is key because it is. Despite my not having trained for a little while I maintained a good diet because that is literally 70% of the work. Abs are made in the kitchen there is no 2 ways about it friends🍴😎. So I kinda failed on my #8weekstobetterabschallenge bc I haven’t done cardio every single day 😕.

But hey failure is good, it means something needs to change in this case I need to be more CONSISTENT with the physical however my diet is 100% down so I’m not gonna be too hard on myself 😀. Nobody’s perfect we all make the occasional slip up, getting back on track tho is the most important thing. I finished 3 full weeks of my #8weekchallenge so I’m just gonna continue on from that and start again from week 4. I also have plans to get back into pole dancing, stay tuned 😎💃🏾. @trianglequeen2.0
