Amo jabuticabas!
- Framboesa, mirtilo e amoras
Jabuticaba, also called grapetree, is such a odd fruit, truly brazilian and very delicious. This was a homemade liqueur version that I did with cachaça, I let it rest for a year to allow flavors to mingle. The final result was suberb!
Red as the Sky
- 40ml of Jabuticaba Liqueur
- 60ml of Vodka
- Raspberries, blueberries and blackberries
- 1 spoon of refined sugar
Method: Muddle the berries with sugar in the glass. Put ice, pour vodka and top with the liqueur.
Sweet summer memories - crumble time: this one is glutenfree, made from oats, some rice flour, brown sugar and plenty of butter. The fruit is apples from an abandoned orchard and blackberries I picked along a countrylane.
