Managed to do 15km in 1hr and 22mins and my dad did 5km. Super proud of him! Always encourage others to be a better better version of themselves 💪

Just some progress photos. Been working hard since October 2017. Been following @mckenna_dylan programs with some slight variation. Current 1 rep max's: 295 deadlift, 285 squat, 195 benchpress. Current short term goal is 225 benchpress before birthday in June. Entirely doable.
