I want to be the best I can be, to perform at a whole new level. First to achieve optimal health. This includes ensuring 8 hours of sleep, stretching/yoga/mobility as part of a well rounded exercise program. I will provide my body with plant based fuel for performance and to speed up recovery, muscle growth, and repair.
So lunch time at work was “vegan Wednesday”. We take turns to make a vegan meal for each other; even if we aren’t all vegans it’s an insight to some new yummy recipes. This week it was Beetroot burgers 🍔 my photography skills were pretty poor because I was in such a rush to try them! Definite mumgoals going on here. Anyone else always get ridiculously spoilt if they pop home? Been looking after the rescue dog for the parents this weekend and mum bought an unnecessary amount of treats to tide me over 😂. .

I had the 'twix' smoothie and beetroot and kimchi burger. SO good, although I always seem to go for a burger when I see it because it's pretty guaranteed that I will like it, however I would love to start taking a risk and trying something that I wouldn't usually go for :) ....watch this space !
