FACT: Pineapples contain the bromelain enzyme which can break down proteins, so you can use them to tenderize meat. I like my meat dry and delicious, though - especially when Monkey is eating her vegetarian noodles. I can't say much about her joke telling, though 😐

After taking a year off, @firestonewalker Sucaba returns for a curtain call in 2018. As always, this latest vintage delivers big, boozy bourbon and American oak aromas combined with soft chocolate malt undertones. Complex malt flavors are framed in oak with hints of dark chocolate, vanilla, toasted coconut and a touch of dark cherry. Sucaba is a one-of-a-kind sipping experience. It is a beer built to last, and one that will reward careful cellaring for years to come.
@trilliumbrewing Storrowed DIPA. Ripe mango in the aroma. Mango with some pineapple/stone fruit in the flavor. The Vic Secret and Citra really work well together. One of the best Trillium IPAs I've had in awhile.
FACT: Water can boil and freeze at the same time at the 'triple point' - occuring when the temperature and pressure is just right for the three phases (gas, liquid, and solid) of a substance to coexist in thermodynamic equilibrium. You don't have to learn this stuff through a pamphlet, though. You go to the science museum and stick your hand on a metal ball and your hair will stick straight up.....and then you will know science according to Michael.......
