That was my answer to my friends question over coffee at a long over due catch up. ☕️ I wasn’t sure if I would ever openly talk about the reason why my relationship ended, for a while I felt like I couldn’t 🤫. I honestly felt ashamed of the fact that my fiancé didn’t want me anymore, for weeks I felt rejected 😪. I felt like I had to hide this fact from the world, as if it reflected badly on me. I know it probably sounds tragic, but I can’t really explain it. 🤷♀️ I remember crying 😢 to my parents; as everything was within my reach, marriage, buying a house, travelling ect. Then one day I woke up, I was 26 and I was starting all over again. 😲
BUT YOU KNOW WHAT…. Starting all over again can be really fun, if you just learn to go with it (Doesn’t mean you have to like what happened). It’s a new book 📚. You can do, be, and see anything you want. You can still buy that house 🏠 or get on that plane ✈️ .
Reflecting over the past few months has made me realise that life only moves forward ➡️. We always have a choice. I can hold onto my past, or I can get excited for a sparkly ✨ new future. I choose BETTER, not bitter! I choose smiles 😊, not frowns. I choose forgiveness, not resentment.
So to all the beautiful souls who have had their lives turned upside because of the weak actions of others, I want you to ALWAYS remember:
There is absolutely nothing wrong you.
You are beautiful 👌🏻
You are resilient 😘
You are stronger than you know 💪
You are not damaged, you are simply 👍🏼 being refurbished.

куриные пп-котлетки ⠀
🔸одно крупное яйцо
🔸хлебный мякиш (ржаной или отрубной), 20г
🔸куриная грудка 50г
🔸соль, специи по вкусу⠀
💫куриную грудку нарезать мелкими-мелкими кусочками; ⠀
💫смешать все в тарелке, подождать, пока хлеб размякнет, если очень сухо – добавить чуток молока; ⠀
💫скатать небольшие шарики-котлетки, при желании – обвалять в муке (но они и без муки получились заебись; ⠀
💫выложить на раскалённую а/п сковородку, закрыть крышкой, держать на среднем огне; ⠀
💫перевернуть и держать на слабом огне минут 5-10 (по готовности).
ВУАЛЯ! ничего сложного) у меня получилось 4шт, хотите больше – варьируйте количество ингредиентов)
кстати, пока хлеб отмокал, я успела пару-тройку панкейков сделать))))))))))
I remember when I could barely barely do a squat without weights🤦🏼♀️. I had ZERO 🚫 leg strength 😂. Today during my leg workout was the first time everrrrrrr that I thought, “my legs feel strong! 🤩” Total “non-scale victory” when I had that moment of realizing that I am totally making progress 💪🏼. so we’re visiting friends in SC (yay!) and they have this wall of mirrors in the spare bathroom. and some kind of sorcery prevents their mirrors from fogging up... so me, the master of avoiding my reflection, came face to face with some naked reality 😳
at home, small mirrors, foggy bathrooms and no glasses kind of allows me to trick myself that i’m not as big as i actually am. cold winters, bulky hoodies and yoga pants that don’t yoga are not a good combo for me😒 any progress i had made, has been lost these past few months.
this was definitely a big eye opener on top of wanting to get off hbp meds. so i’m committing to myself to make my health (physical and mental) a priority.
it has to be.
all i want is good health and to be comfortable with the space i take up in this world💕

It's called GRACE
Life is full of conflicting priorities. If you’re anything like me you have a to do list that could rival the length of the Great Wall of China and no matter how hard you try it doesn’t get smaller. Time and motivation are your enemy. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, bombarded and suffocated by all the things we should be doing. To be completely honest, feeling like it’s all too hard is the main reason I fail at a lot of things. Adopting a greener lifestyle included. I’m going to share some of my strategies and ideas that help me stick to my convictions.⠀
KNOW AND ACCEPT THAT YOU CAN’T DO IT ALL⠀
We are often our own worst enemies and harshest critics. We can’t all undertake a complete lifestyle change (live off the grid etc), it’s unrealistic and doesn’t appeal to everyone. Accept that you might only be able to make small changes and avoid comparison.⠀
You probably have a job, kids, friends, and social commitments. Temper your expectations. Be realistic. You might not have time to grow your vegetables but you might be able to get to the farmers market once a month. Setting realistic goals is the key to sticking it out and eventually achieving them. We have been conditioned over the years to live the way we do today. It will take time to undo the bad habits.⠀
You don’t have to do it all at once. Small simple steps are the best way to make real change in your life. It also means you are less likely to forget if you only have one thing to remember. And don’t think it needs to be a big, grand or expensive change like installing solar panels (although that is great if you can do it!). Small changes add up over time and before you know it, living a greener life is second nature.⠀
GET RID OF THE ‘GREEN’ GUILT⠀
This is something I struggle with. I feel guilty about most things. But let's be real, it achieves nothing. Don’t sweat it if you stuff up or forget to do something. Instead of feeling guilty use that brainpower constructively and work out why/where you went wrong and what you can do to avoid it in future.⠀

No matter the sharp, jagged, and perhaps, rough edges- or the seemingly imperfect cuts- each #key is unique to a pairing #lock by patterns, size, and length. When inserted to a matching size and pattern, the key allows each pin to fall perfectly into place with its edges. Who knows what one key can unlock- perhaps something #wonderful or #beautiful .
We might see ourselves like the key sometimes- a little imperfect or rough around the edges- unable to find that door to unlock. We might see our lives in a similar way where we tirelessly try key after key in hopes to find that one complete thing. Maybe it’s a person or #career , maybe it’s just some long overdue #peace or #understanding . Either way, we all want something, and we may not know how, what, or why, but its up to us to allow those jagged, imperfect edges in us or our lives find that matching lock. Cardio day! More reps were added this week 😐 honestly during the workout I was thinkin, omg I cant!!! Then I hear the trainer reminding me why I’m doing this. Ofcourse it’s freakin hard! Duh!! It wouldn’t be a great workout without the sweat, struggle and challenge. It’s fun and rewarding when you push through that tough workout! I’m at my goal weight!!! I’ve been pushing through these workouts for one month! Having support from family, friends and my NEW Fitness friends ❤️ has been awesome! Having support from people who have the same goals is super motivating.
What’s more motivating to me? Knowing that I’m helping others to achieve their goals as well. It’s what I’ve always wanted to do and now I’m doing it!

One of my favorite things to do is learn about the world through his eyes. He is so smart. He is so wise beyond his two years. He is going to move mountains and I cannot wait to be his biggest cheerleader.
We have to start doing better by our children. Our children should be able to go to school without worrying about being shot. Our teachers should be able to go to work without being shot. I’ll be damned if I am going to sit idle anymore. Enough is enough. When our country bleeds, we all bleed. It’s not their problem- it’s our problem. WE ALL have to do something.
