Wore my new @sbdapparel @sbd.sg @ferocity.sg belt for the first time and did not go well. I used to use @inzer_official 10mm lever belts and they did their job - this new one, I don’t know. Do I need to break it in? It feels very stiff and something did not feel right every time I bent over to grab the bar. It felt forced whenever I reached for the bar. When I deadlift, I usually feel tension in my glutes and hams but not tonight; feels like I would have done better without the belt tbh. Anyone got tips on using this belt?

By the way, after the 6 singles, like 10 minutes later, my lower back started spasming to the point that it was very difficult to stand. Had to cut my workout short. No lifting for the rest of the week, hopefully my lower back will be okay by Monday.
