There’s usually two things that cause ppl to not lose weight on a ketogenic diet. The first, and most common is dairy and the second, nuts 🌰. (Yes there can be many more, but that’s not for this post). The problem is that we don’t always stick to eating just a few nuts. I know I don’t! 👆🏻🙊 It’s the salty, crunchy combination of food that make it difficult to stop. Think of popcorn and McDonalds chips (not that you eat that on keto) 🤭 So, if you’re struggling to lose weight, maybe check the amount of nuts you’re eating. Also try soaking your nuts overnight to make it easier to digest, and lastly, check the types of nuts you’re eating. Personally, I love cashews but they are higher in carbs than most others. 👊🏻 These nuts from @eatnakednudefood is my fav right now. Good quality and affordable!

- Slice 1xAubergine (you can also use Rye bread slices)
- Top with topping of choice - I used 3 variations of bacon + mushrooms, onion + pepper + tomato, basil pesto + chillies. All topped with Mozarella.
- Drizzle olive oil and place at the bottom of oven, on grill till done.

A million ways to make Zucchini! I couldn’t help but shake my head as I made this zucchini lasagna. I found it amusing that I was weaving the zucchini like this compared to when I started out on a ketogenic diet. Back then any and all veg ended up as stir-fry! Luckily some creativity kicked it 👍🏻👩🍳. It’s just a matter of creating new habits and then it becomes you. Don’t stay stuck in the same old way you’ve always prepared food! Zucchini is so magic! Sliced, ribbons, zoodles, cannelloni... just #endless 😋
