It doesn't look like much but it worked for breakfast all week. I made a batch of banana pecan baked oatmeal oil free and naturally sweetened with ripe bananas and raisins. I've been adding milk and maple syrup when I'm ready to eat. I'm definitely going to keep doing this. --REZEPT--Das hatte ich lange nicht: Baked Oatmeal.
Ich habe es folgendermaßen gemacht:
100 ml Hafermilch, 100 ml Wasser, 50 gr 5-Korn-Flocken (ohne Weizen), 1 zerdrückte Banane, Zimt, 1 Prise Backpulver, 1 TL Honig verrühren. In eine Backofenform (ich liebe diesen kleinen Ultra ❤) füllen und ordentlich mit Obst belegen. Dann hatte ich es für 20 Minuten bei 230 Grad im Ofen.

Hezké páteční ráno, jsem ráda, že tento semestr mám ve škole volné pátky a nemusím nikam cestovat. Protože v pátek ve škole do večera být fakt nechceš. Dnes jsem mela chuť na tuhle mňamkovou snídaničku a tou je pečená ovesná kašička.😋 S máslíčkem a kávovou čokoládou😍.. Dneska jsem si dala #restday. Nejde cvičit v kuse, tělo musí odpočívat a vždy odpočinek od fitka poctivě dodržuju, ale abych pravdu řekla, mám poslední dobou tolik energie a nadšení do všeho, že je pro mě odpočinkový den trochu "za trest".😂 Ale relax být musí, takže dnes alespoň makačka doma a to v podobě vaření a krabičkování a taky většího úklidu. Ten je taky dost potřeba.😂
A často jste se mě na pečenou kaši ptali, tak tady je recept.
🔸️ovesné vločky jemné 🔸️vejce 🔸️protein 🔸️sladidlo 🔸️cuketa nastrouhaná na jemno
🔸️lžíce kokosové mouky a trochu psyllia (nemusí být, ale hezky kaši nebo i těsto při pečení zvláční a zahustí)
🔸️půl lžičky prášku do pečiva
🔸️skořice 🔸️libovolné ovoce - rozmačkaný banán, mražené lesní ovoce, nastrouhané jablíčko🍎
Ovesné vločky s nastrouhanou cuketou zalejeme horkou vodou a necháme v přikryté misce naboptnat, až trochu směs vychladne přidáváme zbylé ingredience, promícháme a dáme péct na 180° na cca 20 minut. Poté ozdobíme čím máte rádi - čokoládou, ořechovým máslem, ovocem, je fajn přidat třeba i jogurt. Je to zcela na vás. Dobrou chuť!😊

Thought I’d try baked oatmeal and I don’t regret it 😛 this recipe yields 4 servings
•
Ingredients ▪️2 ripe bananas
▪️1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
▪️1/3 cup peanut butter ▪️1 3/4 cup almond milk ▪️1 cup Quick Oats
▪️1 cup Rolled Oats
▪️4 scoops chocolate protein power ▪️1 tsp Baking Powder

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350F. Mash bananas & put in bowl.  Add in the vanilla extract and peanut butter.
Add the almond milk and mix it.
Add the oats, protein powder, and baking powder. Mix again. 
Pour the mixture into a baking dish (I used 9x9) , then bake for 30-35 minutes. Enjoy 💁🏻‍♀️
(The toppings are coconut, melted peanut butter, granola, nuts, banana, and a Justin’s peanut butter cup)

Oatmeal topping: mix 1/4 cup oats, cinnamon to taste, about a tablespoon of walnut pieces. Whisk 1/4 cup almond milk with one egg white, 1/4 banana (mashed), about 1 teaspoon maple syrup, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Combine wet and dry, then pour/spread over apple layer.

Fun fact: sometimes I eat oatmeal for two meals in one day and I have no shame 🤷🏻‍♀️ I got another mini wisdom tooth surgery yesterday afternoon so hard foods are out for now, but I’m not really complaining because that just means more oatmeal for now. Porridge is my go to breakfast but I wanted to try something new this morning for Cora and I’m glad I did because I made a very delicious baked oatmeal with bananas and raspberries. 
This is kind of a traybake recipe and I am certain would also be great for snacking on the go. It was very easy and quick to make so I totally recommend it. 
Baked oatmeal 
2 1/4 cups of oats
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon 
1/4 tsp salt (I did add the salt but it’s your choice to use if baking for your babies) 
2 ripe mashed bananas (the ugliest in the bowl are the best)
3/4 cup milk
1 large egg
1tsp vanilla extract
Frozen raspberries or whatever you want really.
I mixed it all the ingredients and baked on a loaf tin lined with baking parchment for 35-40min. 
The original recipe (which is from @livewellbakeoften ) also asks for 1/4 cup of honey which I did not add because is not recommended for babies before 1yo and found sweet enough without it.

Just bought a ramekin specifically for this... BAKED OATMEAL ✨

To make you can do it the day of or the night before... The ingredients you’ll need:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup @traderjoes Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 scoop @furtherfood Collagen Peptides
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1/4 tsp @simplyorganicfoods Vanilla extract
1/4 of a banana (mashed)
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
A dash of @sweetleafstevia Powder
1/2 tsp Pure Maple Syrup

Since I left it to soak overnight, I added a a little bit of milk this morning and then baked it for approx 15-17 minutes in the Air Frier, and topped with banana, cinnamon, and my absolute favorite Vanilla Espresso Almond Butter from @barneybutter (it is amazing🤤) and a sprinkle of @paleopassionfoods Maple Granola✨

Baked Oatmeal - Grundrezept:
100g Zarte Köllnflocken* mit 400ml kochendem Wasser übergießen, gut umrühren und kurz ziehen/quellen lassen.
Dann 30g Whey Protein (hier Cocos) dazufügen.
Alles wieder gut mit einem Löffel verrühren, optional noch Beeren, Schoki, Nüsse, Trockenfrüchte, etc. dazufügen (hier kleingeschnittene Medjool-Datteln**), alles in eine beliebige Silikonbackform füllen und bei 170℃ 20-25min backen.
Nach dem Auskühlen den Kuchen am besten über Nacht im Kühlschrank durchziehen lassen (spätestens dann wird er fest/stabil - "eine Nacht im Kühlschrank richtet alles" 😉).

☝️*Ihr könnt Schmelzflocken, Instant Flocken, Instant Oats, grobe/feine Haferflocken, 5-Korn-Flocken, Multikornflocken, etc. benutzen, allerdings kann dann die Wassermenge etwas variieren (beachten ☝!) und der Kuchen braucht eventuell etwas länger oder kürzer im Backofen.

Do you ever feel slightly out-of-sorts  post holiday when it comes to the kitchen? So much time spent eating out or cooking with limited ingredients in a small space can make me feel a bit thrown! And I’m straight back to work too so our frozen in advance meals have been a real life saver until a proper shop is done. 
I cooked up this batch of sugar free Apple, Apricot and Pecan Baked Porridge Oats before we went away and they have come in handy as a quick breakfast when reheated. 
Now I’m getting my head into cooking mode again ahead of weekend guests which is always fun.

I mixed the oats with salted caramel flavour protein powder, egg white, soy yoghurt, almond milk and a pinch of baking powder then whacked it in the oven for 20minutes.. the outcome was delicious #bakedoats that are just like a scone. I warmed them this morning and served with more soy yoghurt and fresh raspberries 👌🏼

Ich habe heute das Problem, was ihr sicherlich gestern hattet 😀die Motivation zun Aufstehen.... So schön nämlich die Spätschicht zum Montag ist, umso bescheidener ist die Frühschicht am nächsten Tag 😐😴 aber schaaakaaaa mit diesem geilen CHOCO-BAKED-OATMEAL geht es schon besser😁♥️
Das Rezept dafür findet ihr entweder bei @fitnessanni bzw hab ich ein Screenshot dazu (#bittewischenzumgucken ) -
👉Als Topping habe ich einfach 1/2 Babyglas "Sonnenfrüchte" mit 1TL Flohsamenschalen verrührt und auf das Ganze verteilt 👉ab in den Kühlschrank und am nächsten Morgen genießen ♥️😍

I made these delicious baked porridge oats last night using one of my fav recipes from @cookieandkate - her blueberry baked oatmeal. I adapted it slightly by using almonds instead of pecans , and I sliced a banana on the base of the dish, before adding my blueberries and frozen raspberries. I also added a few pumpkin seeds. It’s such a versatile recipe, which is why I love it so much, as you can use whatever fruits you like really and vary the nuts etc also. I had this as a pudding today with some coconut yoghurt, a few fresh raspberries, and drizzle of maple syrup. Apple (insert any fruit here) gluten free oatmeal bake!
Directions:
2 apples, pears work well and so would bananas!
Coat baking dish with a little coconut oil: slice fruit and layer it on bottom of dish, any remaining fruit you can layer throughout. In a separate mixing bowl add:
2 cups gluten free oats
1/3c walnuts
1/4c chopped dates
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs or chia/flax egg works well too
1/4c Maple Syrup-more or less to your liking. I usually omit.
1/4c melted coconut oil
1/2c unsweetened coconut flakes
1.5 cups of milk (I use dairy free)
Optional: 4 scoops of vital protein collagen powder
Mix ingredients together, pour over sliced fruit and bake for 40 minutes at 325.

Coat baking dish with a little coconut oil: slice fruit and layer it on bottom of dish, any remaining fruit you can layer throughout. In a separate mixing bowl add: 2 cups gluten free oats 1/3c walnuts 1/4c chopped dates 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp baking powder 2 eggs or chia/flax egg works well too 1/4c Maple Syrup-more or less to your liking. I usually omit. 1/4c melted coconut oil 1/2c unsweetened coconut flakes 1.5 cups of milk (I use dairy free) Optional: 4 scoops of vital protein collagen powder Mix ingredients together, pour over sliced fruit and bake for 40 minutes at 325.

•2 overripe bananas •1 tsp cinnamon •1 tsp vanilla
•3 cups milk (cow, almond, soy, rice, etc.)

Mash bananas and mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Spread into 9x13" lightly greased baking dish. Scatter desired add-ins on top. Bake 45 min. at 375.

Nach einem inneren Kampf heute gab es heute #bakedoatmeal in muffinform. Ganz easypeasy mit 4 Zutaten gemacht (zählt Wasser hier als Zutat?! 🤯) und in 15 Minuten bereit zum Essen. Genial gut mit selbergemachten Mandeljoghurt übrigens 😌❤️ .
Die Muffins würde ich gerne zu @miss_gruenkern #blueberrylove💙 beisteuern! 😍 bei den vielen Blaubeeren in meinem Feed hätte ich das mal früher machen sollen 🙈😂 .
