Best friend and gym partner all in one. Get you a partner that always pushes you past your limits. When you say you can’t do another rep, they make you do 2 more. They make you do your best. You can always count on them. Forever thankful I got her as both😉
When I get asked what muscles I enjoy training the most I usually answer with “all of the muscles”. Still striving to reach the physique that I’ve got built up in my head of a lean upper body and a strong defined lower body and so far I’m happy with the work put in and the progress that has followed 💪🏼
weighted exercises are clearly not my favourites but I will work on this weak spot in the future 😎
Really stressful morning..and the whole day is going to be stressful as well but that is okay because I got a 40 min back lift in 😂💪🏻 better than nothing!
Anyone else having troubles getting up this morning? 🙋🏼♀️🙋🏼♀️🙋🏼♀️🙋🏼♀️🙋🏼♀️

:|: Let others run their own race and throw your blinders on. We don’t get any faster looking left or right, dial in on that goal, and focus on the path forward! Forward focus was in my head during the training session!
Another thing accomplished in my life. This was the most disciplining, tiring, but rewarding thing that has happened to me. 15 weeks ago I started my prep with my coach @jmihalyfit. I had no idea what I was doing but he guiding me along the way.
Weeks went by, the workouts got harder, and I was getting tired. I never stopped pushing myself though. For my first time competing I didn’t know what I was getting myself into.
I wanted to quit many times, but I have never been a quitter. I am honestly glad I didn’t because the end result is so rewarding. Whether you win or loose is not the rewarding factor, it’s the fact that you accomplished those vigorous 15 weeks of eating no dairy, no desserts, and being sober.
Thank you for the support from my friends, family, my love of my life, and others supporting. Also thank you to my posing coach @cbragg1123 for making me feel comfortable on stage and giving me more confidence. ~~~>
The gainz buddy @johnbittig (aka the creeper 😂) was here today which meant squats and deadlifts 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 Having to stay light on squats. Trying to figure out my stance and everything since my knee has been bugging me lately.
Finally hit that 315lb deadlift for 5 reps! Wouldn’t be me if I didn’t have a super extra solo celebration afterwards 😂 and 335lbs for 1 rep at the end ☺️ #squats#deadlifts#backgainz#legday#forthegainz
