I apologize for the repost, but for some reason the photo quality in my last post was sub-par.. I’m very happy, and proud to announce that I’ve teamed up with TC Nutrition to take my fitness to the next level! First and foremost I’d like to thank God, my mama, and father for supporting me through this long journey, and giving me the opportunity to pursue a dream. I’d like to thank Teri Reiley for her patience with me as a trainer working at her gym, and to Morgan Reiley for inspiring me to get into the fitness world in the first place. I’d also like to thank all my friends, and followers who’ve supported my movement and have shown love throughout my quest to be one of the best. The support doesn’t go unnoticed, and I can’t thank you enough for helping my page grow. The bigger picture here is helping everyone achieve their goals. I love personal training, and I love when my clients, and friends at the gym feel good about themselves. You all motivate me more than I could ever motivate you. ❤️🙏 #ThankYou#TCNutrition#Physique#FlexFriday#Flex#GoFlex#GoldOnMyTeethAndOnMyNeck#Fit#FitFam#Workout#Supplements#Goals#OneStepCloser#Fitness#MensPhysique#Physique#Athlete#Aesthetic#Aesthetics#Dreams#Life#Honored#Love
Y’ALL. Today was THE BEST rest day I’ve had since starting this Challenge.
I do use the term “rest day” lightly. I started off with a hilly 5K in the woods at 8am. Went to work and got some data entry done. Headed home after that and took the BEST bath (even better than the Dino-bomb bath), followed by a hot shower (because baths are honestly disgusting), and my roommate gave me a bag of grapefruit-ginger-scented bath bombs!! Then I cooked up a 16oz steak, with a side of pan-fried asparagus in garlic butter. Now I’m snuggled up on the couch, watching The Office for the 14th time. Best. Day. Ever.
Just wanted to send you into the weekend with a mobility exercise for those sore ab and back muscles.
This is a version if the side sit stretch that was part of the 5 minute mobility series.
This one is a great way to work on hip mobility with a little bit of spinal mobility as well.
I like to use this one to start off when I am doing exercises like deep squat and lunges to help free my hips up.
Try this one out and let me know what you think in the comments below.
DOUBLE TAP if you want more mobility📣

Lunch from earlier today 💕
Exploring the idea of intuitive eating but also trying to balance veganism.. which might become vegetarianism 🌱 food and health are interesting tight-ropes to walk
|| romain lettuce 🍃 + broccoli 🥦 + rice 🍚 + black beans + tofurkey + cauliflower rice ||
BELT SQUATS!! Might be a pain to set up solo as you can see... and might cause nip slips if wearing a sleeveless tee 👀.
But a great variation for anyone with shoulder issues and it hits the legs more directly without loading the spine!
It also makes the waist look super slim 😉 and maybe 2 kettlebells was a bad idea 😜
Environmental Optimization | Week 8: Growing Your Own Food | Post 3: #supple_scientist_suggestion
This was a fun little project that I really enjoyed doing! I learned a lot and I hope you did to!
In total this took me about 2 hours to put together. It was expensive but that's because I bought high quality materials. If you are on a budget you can easily find cheaper materials and still create a great vertical farm. If you want a lazier solution rather than making your own vertical farm, fear not I have another option for you!
Two of my friends @asiangirlsmiles and @chase_ando have started an awesome company @avasmartgarden and have created the BYTE, a portable indoor smart garden for your home!
Stay tuned for Week 9, my journey towards mind-body optimization by discussing breathing.
