On a deeper level every gallery owner should watch and learn #Marvel . #kevinfeige is #larrygagosian . So many characters like artists in one gallery(Marvel). Truthfully a gallery owner can learn so much from him. How to profit, balance artists, focus, priority and get amazing work from each artist. Then come together to have one huge show. Already got my tickets. #marvel#infinitywar#movies#art#business#artbusiness
It’s just like Hollywood… kind of. Click on the link in my bio, go to Sydney Road Gallery and crack out the popcorn!
At a time when many galleries are closing their doors @sydneyroadgallery has been a triumph.
SRG is a commercial gallery in Seaforth Sydney, run by the artists it represents. Together we are smashing stereotypes about the skill sets of artists in business. 💪🏻 Moreover we are loving developing direct relationships and conversations with the clients who support us.
The Academy would like to give a nod to Wayne at Spectrum Post for best director. .

#LucioFontanaEnvironments on view @pirelli_hangarbicocca. “Ambienti/Environments” is focused on Lucio Fontana’s pioneering work in the realm of installation art, with a selection of his seminal Ambienti spaziali—seen together for the first time—that highlights the farsighted, innovative genius of this twentieth-century master. #DigitalArtHistory 📸 via @mirianasale

“In this moment of my career, I have been wondering how to transfer energy from body to body through the use of modern technology. This VR artwork raises questions about technology’s impact on human empathy through the lens of a pressing issue facing our world: climate change. Changes to the global climate threaten existing ways of living. Rising will offer people the chance to empathise and respond to the needs of others affected by this crisis. I am particularly interested in how audiences’ consciousness and energy will be affected by a virtual⠀experience of helping others”⠀
Art Basel Hong Kong will see the the first public presentation of a virtual reality artwork by Marina Abramovic .⠀
Rising by Marina Abramovic was produced in collaboration with Acute Art and will be shown on VR’s most immersive products, Vive Pro and Vive Focus in the HTC Vive Lounge, Level 3 Concourse at the Hong Kong Exhibition and Convention Centre.⠀

Athena. 3ft x 4ft Sharpie and Watercolor on Canvas. 2017. 🎨
I’ve fought long and hard for this insanely unrealistic dream of mine. It’s finally starting to pay off thanks to a very small number of people in the Denver art community to whom I will be eternally grateful. This piece is now showing @commonsonchampa along with my other Greek heads. Incredibly thankful to @nickbrownco @costarters @msjacquidz @esqlegal and @divinowineco for the opportunities to show my works. I’ve always dreamed of this feeling, people are starting to take my work seriously and I’m elated to announce my April 6th opening @modlivinrino. It’ll be my most valuable series to date. I’m working in @sharpie on rose gold panels.
Unspeakable gratitude to @emma.ferg, @craigtroyer & @modlivin.
Fight for your dreams! It won’t be easy, but my god it will be worth it. 🎨
Day 18 of #marchmeetthemaker and the prompt is ‘Inspiration’ I get my inspiration from a lot of different places, obviously I love the animal kingdom and most of my pieces are animal based.
But my main source of inspiration is my Gramps. He was an wonderfully kind and generous man who was an enormously talented artist. He had a little summer house in his beautifully kept garden where he would paint out of. I loved spending time with him, hearing his stories and learning how to draw. He didn’t make much money from his art, he let it go for a song. I would like to think I’m walking in his footsteps and that he’d be proud of what I’ve achieved so far.
Who or what is your inspiration?😊💗
Working on my new CM product for one month already 🙈 it’s so easy for me to find the idea and inspiration for new project, it’s fun to draw, but it’s always so hard to find motivation for digitizing and making previews for CM, but I’m doing my best to change this situation💪🏻Работаю над новым продуктом для СМ уже месяц 🙈 для меня такой кайф придумывать тему и рисовать и так сложно потом обрабатывать и делать превью для CM. Искренне надеюсь, что станет проще с опытом💪🏻
If you didn’t already know from my insta stories, I’ll be opening up a @redbubble shop on March 30th! You will be able to purchase my artwork on a variety of different products such as notebooks, pencil cases, pillows, stickers, etc. I’m so excited! I’m also thinking of doing something special for the first few people who do purchase something, so stay tuned!!
AFRO Basadella, 1963 - From our operations.
Afro’s visceral and gestural expression creates a magmatic arrangement in which overlaid forms blend into one another in a lyrical synergy of light and colour. Joining the Gruppo degli Otto Pittori Italiani in 1952, He embraced abstraction as a liberating means of expression..however, by 1954 Afro had separated himself, and his works displayed a growing dynamism and vitality more inspired by Abstract Expressionists like A.Gorky, Pollock and Kline. Bright cadmium red is here contrasted with sways of jet black and gleaming highlights of pure white and yellow. Vigorous free shapes creates a sort of rhythm that dances across the plane picture and balances its highly chromatic elements. This dynamism within the composition demonstrates the artist’s belief that through gesture one finds “the pictorial image realised itself in an organic and unexpected way; the forms expand in an unexpected way and the colours take on a life of their own” .

"Bamboozled 10x8" Progress video 7: Almost done! In this video, I'm adding a little extra plaster in the background to give the piece a little more texture and subtle movement. I only need to glaze the leaves to create a contrast for the crevacies, and this will be done!
