The seated #Tricep machine is great for isolating the triceps and really increasing the overall strength in the #triceps . By doing them seated you avoid shifting the load to your shoulders etc which can be very fustraiting! ❌ make sure you tense your core and keep the weight at a decent level! e.g. 60 percent of your max! Squeeze the sh!t out of the muscle to really get that horse shoe definition! 💪🏽👅😈
ABS ⏳ — Here’s a superset I did for abs on Thursday and no exaggeration I had a coughing fit Friday and was almost in tears, was trying to stifle my coughing because my abs were so sore. With the rollouts, go down as far as you can, without compromising your back—keep that torso straight and your abs tight the entire time. I breathe out when I rollout, in for a slight pause at the stretched position and back out when I roll back in/up. If you have lower back or hernia issues, don’t do this one. If you can’t roll out too far or low, no worries, you’ll get there as you get stronger. It’s more important that you don’t compromise your back in an effort to roll out further. Don’t allow your body to touch the ground. Second one is side bends on the hyperextension/ Roman chair. I go for a large range of motion cause I love the street, but you can achieve a great burn by just comfortably bending as far as you can without utilizing momentum to swing yourself back up.
