Fiji water has 72mg of #SILCA this washes out aluminium from our body and brain. Detox regular. Proven by Keele uni.
Professor Chris Exley, of Keele University is the world's leading expert in #aluminium research. With over 30 yrs experience. His department have scientifically proven the link between Alzheimer's & dementia. Through clinical trials on the brains of deceased patients. They've found these brains are full of #aluminium
But aluminium should not naturally be in our environment. It's natural state is in the earth crust and it's the most abundant metal in the world. Since the 19th century man has been mining aluminium and during the 20th Century industrial companies have created a huge manufacturing industry using this material. But where do they mine it from?
THE AMAZON RAINFOREST!!!!!! This industry is one of the biggest environmental and health scandals in the world.
This incredible documentary exposes this scandal https://youtu.be/5F0u54gs0iU
Currently there is no U.K legislative law to label what foods they put aluminium in.
Why would they even add aluminium, a metal to foods anyway?
My research on this is leading me to ask some really serious questions about the current state of the food industry. How can they add powdered aluminium to baby formula, white flour, baking soda, bicarbonate of soda, bread flour, table salt & package our foods in it?
Food in tin cans are proven to leach into food. Drinks in cans like beer and soda, for example #cocacola
I've boycotted all tin cans & buy food in glass.
Aluminium is added to lipstick, mascara, eyeshadow, face powder, foundation, deodorant - the list goes on.
Most shops keep a list of the ingredients for their products behind the counter. Ask the staff to see it. I did at the #bodyshop recently.
The worst place they put #aluminium is in our #tapwater .
Avoid #tefal & aluminium cookware!
And if you have ever smoked cigarettes, taken cocaine, or any other kind of drug. Likelihood is that #aluminium is in it. It crosses the blood/brain barrier. So please detox.
One of the small changes we’ve made when shopping relates to packaging types. If something isn’t available package free then we look for the best option on offer. The main goal here is to avoid plastic, we used to do this by buying things packaged in glass, but recently we’ve decided there’s another option: aluminium. Yes, it’s a non-renewable resource, but, like glass it is also infinitely recyclable. The fact that it’s light weight makes it a slightly better alternative to glass as it has less impact in transportation. .
Let’s look at beer as an example... Canned beer has a bit of a *cough* reputation in Australia as a bogan-beverage, but there are actually some good craft and sour beers sold in cans so let’s stop perpetuating that myth! When you buy canned beer, not only are you reducing the transport weight, you’re also saving on the other package elements like the label and lid, both of which have an associated footprint. So next time you want to crack open a coldie, grab a tinnie and Bob’s your uncle you’ll be saving the planet, one beer at a time! Aussie Aussie Aussie. Oi oi oi! .
Of course this applies to other products as well, but that beer example was a vehicle for some pretty bad Aussie sayings, so how could I resist?! .
#drinkcraftbeer or any #drinks from a #can instead of a #bottle to #reduceyourplastic#reduceyourwaste and #reduceyourfootprint#lookingfor#packagefree#alternatives is best but if your goods must be #packaged look for #ecofriendly#options like #cardboard#glass or #aluminium and #thinktwice about the #overall#impact of your #choices#sometimes the #bestoption or most #sustainable option is an #unexpected one! Let’s #rethinkrubbish one stream of #waste at a time!
