2017 was a successful and exciting year of growth for our family business.
As a Nuffield Scholar, Matt had the opportunity of a lifetime and travelled to New Zealand, Australia, Brazil and the US to interview leading experts in the barley industry.
Joe was our meticulous father of malting and roasting, perfecting his craft.
Daelyn returned to nursing at the Red Deer Hospital after Isabella’s first birthday.
John and Sue ensured another year of premium quality barley on Hamill Farms. The 2017 harvest was noted as a record quality harvest. “2017 has been so rewarding to taste our Specialty Malts in so many great craft beers.
