Super creamy Vegan He Shou Wu Avocado Chocolate mousse 🌿🥑🍫 This dessert was mind-blowing, delicious, nutritious and oh so creamy and smooth!
2 large avocados
3 tablespoons raw honey
3 tablespoons coconut oil
4 tablespoons full fat coconut cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 tablespoons raw cacao powder
3 teaspoons he shou wu powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Pour into cups and chill in fridge for 4 hours. Top with fresh mint leaves, or any of your favorite toppings.
