“Egg in an Acorn”
Slice acorn squash about 1/2” thick and remove all seeds. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Spray oil over the top and sprinkle with S&P and Chile lime seasoning. Bake at 400 for 20 min.
Remove sheet from oven and crack an egg into the center of each acorn slice. Reduce oven temp to 350° and bake for 12-15 min or until eggs are cooked.
Sprinkle the top with freshly chopped chives, red pepper flakes, and everything but the bagel seasoning. #enjoy#saturdaybreakfast#afteryoga
