My achievements in a year of training/dieting.
I did a 10k mud run.
Didn't even train much for it, half ran half walked. Only obstacles I couldn't get over were the walls. (next one I'm improving my upper body strength.) Was the best day of my life!
Joined the gym, I used to do it all at home not because I didn't have time. But because I wasn't confident and I was scared that people would stare at a fat girl in the gym.
Lost 16.3kg so far.
Dropped a dress size.
More confident but still need to work on this a bit more.

It’s Amazing how many times we allow stressful situation to effect us some people deal well and well... others purely just silence themselves away which was pretty much how I was #Annoying I always beat myself up over situations that were nothing to do with me but felt like I was a failure so allowed it to drag me down really. Since moving away from my home towns it’s been hard to settle into a new place but apart from that living with my favourite man in the whole world is perfect ❤️❤️ sooo happy and getting a fresh new start is the icing on the cake ... 🙂. Moving away with no family or friends is tricky when Simon is away a lot with work but I’m learning to finally deal with it and push myself to do all the things I never did before... not stopping and believing in myself he’s an Amazing support for me and I could t be more luckier to have someone who no matter how far away takes the time to let me know how proud he is of me and I just need to do the same myself ⭐️ this year has started off slow and being unwell again I didn’t go to the gym much as I was losing interest not eating and just felt stuck 💩 pretty shit really but then something pushed me towards thinking cmon man Camilla sort yourself out and BAAAAMMM 🔥 that was it I was going back to the gym a few times got my driving on the go again and the best thing that came to me was my new job OMG everything I have ever dreamed of being successful in happened I friggin did it I’m now a store Manager for Pandora 💕💕🌟🌟 holy moly someone friggin pinch me crazy 😜 but I never gave up yes I had my shy days and down days but having Simon push me and my family believe in me was all I ever needed I’m so grateful for the lovely people I have came to know since moving here ❤️ and the awesome coaches at Loughmans Gym and the cool guys that go there I’m soo happy 😃 I just need to say that when you nothings going right sometimes trust me@power through never doubt yourself and before you know it you will be right where you are 💕💕💕💕💕 #positivity#power#determination#quotes#depression#anxiety#mentalhealth#goals#achievements#happiness#goalsetter#bringitonlife#luckyme#loveofmylife#fitam#fitness#crossfitgirls

So many of us use this phrase but the truth is we all have time. Whether it's waking up earlier, sacrificing a social or implementing better time management.
You'll be surprised at what you can achieve in just an hour. Lack of time certainly doesn't come into the equation when you want to achieve your dreams.
It CAN be done and we ALL have the time!

Want to achieve a big goal? Break it down into smaller wins first. When we consistantly smash our goals it feeds our brain with dopamine, the feel good chemical.
It feels great to know you are progressing. Too many people focus immediately on the end and then tell thenselves its too big to conquer.
Its not, you just need to chop it up into smaller chunks you can consume.
Want to start a podcast but dont know how? Watch a youtube video on how to start a podcast. Or ask around about software you might need.
Then record yourself talking. No one has to hear it. Its for you. Build it up. You dont need to be as good as Joe Rogan from Day 1. Baby steps!
Want to make an extra £1000 a month? Focus on how to make an extra £100 a month first. Then add more.
Want to run a marathon? Focus on running a mile first. Then add more.
You can achieve anything you want this way.
