Infrared scans taken before & after acupuncture session. 2/17/18 While I know precious little about these readings & their translations perhaps there's an expert friend who can translate these waves far better than my amateur self can? I just think they're insanely fascinating but know there's some kind definite conclusion to be translated in them. #Waves#Infrared#Accupuncture#Biologicalirradescence#Gayman#Scan#Trippy
Every Thursday for the past 2 months I have been going to accupuncture. 📌 Depression and anxiety fill my mind, but I won’t let pills fill my body. Each week is different, focusing on what the past week has been. It’s allowing me to become more in tune with my body, more present. At the end I have cupping done to help with the pain I have that leads to migraines. I actually enjoy seeing my body heal itself this way. Have you tried accupuncture or cupping? What do you think? Do you want to try it? Let me know!
Here’s to the road to a happier life! ❤️
SO EXCITED for this week’s podcast episode with my Reiki Healer, Cherie Kaplan (@hoorayforphotos) From @saffronandsageus - it is RAW, PERSONAL, and TENDER. We get into all of her training as an energy healer along with my experiences with energy healing. I have to say, it’s one of my favorite episodes yet. Do you enjoy energy healing? Reiki, acupuncture, cupping?! LINK IN BIO to listen 💮
We met with our specialist today and have put together our treatment plan for March-April. We will be proceeding with another #stimcycle to harvest our beautiful eggs. The our first stim cycle using Moosh's eggs which resulted in 5 perfect Embryos. The 1st transfer, we miscarried at 5 weeks which was absoultley heart breaking, transfers 2 and 3 were failed frozen transfers, 4th transfer was an incredible success and we conceived our beautiful baby boy who is now 2 and couldn't be anymore perfect. Our 5th (and last embryo) transfer was sadly another failed cycle. We have decided to go ahead and use my eggs this time using the same anonymous donor. I will also continue to use my tummy to carry our beautiful baby/babies. We have locked everything in now and we are super excited to get started. Our special is has advised for me to have an Endometrial scratch one week prior to commencing my period. I have had 3 d&c/ curette's during IVF and the last one being last month so I've never had this procedure. Has anyone had one and how did you find it? I'm so scared as id much rather be put to sleep for any procedure.
That was a lot of damned needles... I don't know if the extra pain is from the fat burning uncovering something horrible, like excavating a burial site of bad decisions, or if it is just my body collapsing... but when those big mammajamma needles come into play, I KNOW I have to figure some shit out. Thank you @meridian_louisville for letting me keep them for my poppet #accupuncture#keto#fixingmybodyfromtheinsideout
Going vegan for me never was about my health. It was for environmental and social issues. Now I’ve never been a kid who gets sick a lot, but for the past three months I found myself in some of the worst pain I’ve ever felt in my life. My stomach couldn’t keep food down and it was always hurting. I didn’t know what was wrong and I kept wishing it would just go away. It wasn’t just hurting me physically, but mentally. I was always exhausted and my self esteem plummeted. Even when I resorted to starving myself, my stomach seemed to never get better. I finally went to the doctor. I found out I have IBS. Instead of seeing another doctor, I decided I wanted to heal myself naturally. This meant changing my lifestyle with low fodmaps, which means no dairy, (I had pretty much excluded all dairy) no gluten, no sugar, no caffeine and even no to some vegetables. I’m trying to learn environmental and food factors that trigger me (found out gum is a trigger :( and I am also making sure I get enough exercise. I’ve been doing acupuncture and yoga lately and I think slowly I am healing myself. Having IBS is difficult at 14 and I am accepting that I’m going to have to turn down team dinners of pizza and deserts, but on the bright side I am learning so much about health, my own body, and food. Putting my health first is so much more important to my happiness than a slice of pizza. A gluten free fructose free vegan appears quite restrictive, but it has actually varied and opened up new foods for me to eat and learn how to cook. I am in control of my health. -
