Are you holding yourself accountable for the actions you said you was going to take in your Home Business or not?
Accountability in Home Business is vital to your success and will make a big difference to your results if you haven't got any yet!
This is because when you hold yourself accountable where you are taking responsibility for the actions that you said you was going to take to someone, it forces you to take action on the activities that will move you forward.
It also keep you staying consistent in your home business doing the key activities and creating new habits that will stay with you forever.
When you don't hold yourself accountable, it generally leads to you not serious about your business and not taking action on what you said you would do which leads to making up excuses and quit their Home Business!
The way you hold yourself accountable in your business and get the results that you are looking for is by:
1 Set daily weekly monthly and annual goals
- work the goal backwards to see what's it going to take to achieve that goal...
2 Track your income producing activities that you do daily. Your progress
3 Be consistent - take daily action
4 Plug into the leadership - your mentor leader or coach
5 Be productive not busy - focus on income producing activities

For the first time, ever, I can say that I consistently worked out on vacation! 🙌🏼
Despite SO many excuses - from our schedule being off, to being busy, not sleeping well, a small stateroom, and the gym being closed/occupied... to “I don’t have my weights”, “I’m tired”, “I’m on vacation”, “I just want to go to bed.”
Gosh, you name it & it probably crossed my mind. More than once 😅
While my nutrition was not completely on point (some indulgences & drinks!) I did want to make sure I didn’t skimp on the workouts!
I didn’t really HAVE the time, but I MADE the time. Because this is important to me. Because EASY doesn’t PUSH you! Because nothing worthwhile or worth having is EVER going to be easy. And because, it makes you STRONGER! 💪🏼
My ladies in my groups have been CRUSHING it!! Going hard after their goals and honestly... I owe more than 50% of my workouts this week to them - for holding me accountable! They are the best support system. 💗

I can get soo caught up in my feelings on a daily basis that I often want to give up everything and go back to being a lazy, couch potato with no goals or excitement in my life! #itstrue#nobodysperfect
I avoid problems and things that make me feel uncomfortable, I hate when things get out of routine, I feel like I can’t handle any type of change.. but that’s just a struggle I have, it’s NOT who I am - I’m learning every day how to cope with life and everything it throws at me, and how to keep on going REGARDLESS of feelings!
For the most part, my life is a bliss.. and yet I still get caught up in myself and my own problems and feelings! This is a struggle for me! 😔
I’m learning every day how to change my outlook on life, doing daily personal development so I don’t get caught up in my feelings, and I’m learning how to become a better person for me and my family!

And just like that week 5 is in the books!! I can’t remember the last time I have been this dedicated to something. (Maybe marathon training 2016?)😱 Last year I had a hard time focusing on my health. The workouts were always there but my nutrition was way off. 😩I fell into old habits and let food be my comfort for stress. 🍩🍷🍦In January I vowed to myself that this year would be different and I would get back to focusing on being the best me possible!
It feels so good to challenge myself and prove to myself that I am stronger than I think. When we put our minds to it, we can truly do some remarkable things. Am I saying I will never have sweets or drinks again?? No! I am just trying to rain things back in so I can feel healthy, strong and full of energy again!

I was going to skip posting my workout today because, well...I just didn’t get to it today, but I have committed to this 80 day program, I have committed to myself to post my accountability, so here it is.
It’s always a bigger struggle to get it done after the kids wakeup, but it got done! I’m still feeling it tonight.
This is a BIG reason why I chose to be a coach!! What better way to hold myself accountable than to put it on social media so I have to show up every day. I appreciate more than you know, those of you who follow me show love to me! It truly lifts and strengthens me and keeps me going! I love 💕 it!! Success is not the absence of struggle. It is the ability to deal with the struggle. No one ever became successful just by pure luck and saying I did nothing to get there. You are going to have to struggle. You are going to have to get through the hard times. It’s not always going to be easy, but it will be worth it!
Day 31 😅. I am not going to lie, today was a struggle. This was a new workout with new exercises. It wasn’t my favorite. I caught myself starting to get frustrated and talking back to the TV 😂 but then I remembered that this is all new and with time I will get better! It’s about progress, not perfection. Believe in yourself and you can do anything! Always stay positive! 😊

Recipe of the day: Healthier Chicken Parmesan
Servings 4 servings, 1 chicken breast each
1 cup whole grain Panko bread crumbs
4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese divided use
1 dash sea salt or Himalayan salt
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. onion powder
2 large eggs lightly beaten
4 4-oz. raw chicken breasts boneless, skinless
1 cup all-natural marinara sauce, no sugar added
¾ cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp. finely chopped flat leaf (Italian) parsley
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Lightly coat medium baking sheet with spray. Set aside.
Combine bread crumbs, 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl; mix well. Transfer to a plate. Set aside.
Place eggs in a shallow dish. Dip each chicken breast in eggs, completely coating, then bread crumbs; coating each evenly on all sides. Place chicken on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 22 to 26 minutes, turning after 15 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in the middle and juices run clear.
Preheat broiler on high.
Top each chicken breast evenly with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and remaining 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese. Return to oven for 2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Why was this so challenging with very little weight? Because the plank position makes every muscle in your body work, and with the movement of my arm made my body work extra to stay balanced. You can’t see it but my body was shaking, shaking to the point where I thought you can see my hair shake😅. To get the most out of the time you workout try exercises that work more than one muscle group! 👍🏼this was challenging with Tricep push ups right after, but survived! The great thing about the program I do, is that I don’t have to think, or create the workout or write the exercises down ahead of time. Just follow what’s on my laptop or phone! I need all the brain power I can get to do the exercises!
The after workout high is addicting! It’s one piece of motivation I keep in my back pocket and use almost daily! After your next workout, take a few moments and really acknowledge how you feel when all the endorphins are present and rushing through your body. Embrace it and make it memorable by sharing the joy with someone or your puppy😊.Hold onto the feeling and memory and place it in your pocket. Pull it out next time your mind tries to talk you out of a workout or push harder during your workout!
My current fitness and nutrition support group is keeping me on my toes! I'm holding them accountable to their goals and they're holding me accountable as well. It's a win win situation and we are having some fun 😍😍😍 .

In my opinion, nothing feels better then post workout soreness.
Yes, I may flinch in pain every time I try to sit down. But OH it feels so good!🤣 What do I tell my fellow #womenwarriors ?
The pain is temporary, but quitting lasts forever.
2 months. That is the difference between these two pictures.
The girl on the right was emotionally eating, working out daily, wasn’t happy with how she looked and felt.
The girl on the left is eating a lot of dense nutrition, not counting calories, working out daily and is happy in her own skin.
So where do you want to be in 8 weeks? It’s your life, your choice.
Are you depriving yourself of carbs because you think carbs are going to make you gain weight?
Do you think the only way to live a healthy life and lose weight is to eat salads or eat low fat processed foods?
Do you spend over an hour at the gym and not happy because you aren’t seeing results?

Thirty days into this new eighty day program.🏋 Let me tell you, I've had all the emotions with these workouts the past few weeks. I've been excited some days. Day 30!! Today was leg day and hands down one of my favorite workouts!! It was a new workout and I loved every bit of it!! These sliders are amazing!! Legs and booty are an area I really want to work on and I can’t wait to see the changes that are going to happen throughout this journey!! 😁💪🏻
It's amazing what happens when you give something long enough to really feel the benefits. In my whole life I haven't stuck to any fitness program this long and I credit the support I have that is missing from so many programs. .
Somebody complimented me on my dedication today. I had to admit that I am not always dedicated. I have slip ups (i.e. Valentine's candy), I mail it in sometimes with my workouts, but it is the support I get from my coach and that I give to my clients that can build something in YOU that looks a lot like dedication. You just have to message me to find out more.

I don't dread it, I get excited for it (probably because it's not cardio!😉). I was pumped that I had to go get some of my husband's weights for squats. Guess they aren't just his anymore!!💪🏻

Recipe of the day: Asparagus Sweet Potato Chicken Skillet
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and ground fresh black pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 medium sweet potato, peeled and diced
½ cup chicken broth or water
½ lb fresh asparagus (the spears should be cut at a diagonal in 1 and 2 inch pieces)
½ teaspoon fine sea salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
On a plastic board, cut the chicken into small pieces and season with salt and pepper.
In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, garlic and chicken.
Sauté the chicken for about 7-10 minutes or until it is cooked though. Don't forget to stir well. Set chicken aside.
In the same skillet, add sweet potato and chicken broth.
Cook for about 7-10minutes or until the sweet potato is cooked.
Add asparagus and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper and crushed red pepper.
My journey includes ups and downs, smiles and tears, sweat and struggles. I am determined to continue to keep moving forward. Nothing worth obtaining will be easy. When your in the middle of the work, it maybe challenging, boring or stressful. My advice is to keeping pushing through it, every small effort gets you closer to your goals. Don’t miss an opportunity to move forward. Be consistent. Results will happen as long as you put in the work consistently.

Stop ✋ waiting to be motivated or for the right time and Just.Do.It. Some days you are not going to feel like doing something. Do it anyway. Stop 🛑 thinking about it. Day 29 👊🏻. Today was a challenge. This hands down was the hardest workout so far of my new journey. There were times I was talking back to my TV 😂 and wanted to quit but I did the best that I could and that is what matters! 😊
Today has been a day. My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone involved in the shooting in South Florida. I also found out that one of my friends from highschool has a long road to recovery. She almost lost her life from complications during the delivery of her son. I am so thankful she is alive and getting better each day and her baby boy is healthy. Praying for a smooth recovery.
Life is precious. Enjoy every moment because you never know what tomorrow will bring. Smile and always be kind to others. You never know what that person may be going through. 💗

Day 21/80 ✅ .
During my workout this morning, I was reminded how far I’ve come. When I started this journey 2 years ago, this move would not have been possible for me.
My hips hurt from my extra weight, my balance was way off, and my core was not strong enough.
No matter how you feel today, change IS possible! Strength, endurance, balance, flexibility... all of it can be improved! .
What story are you telling yourself when it comes to health and fitness?

Recipe of the day: Guacamole Turkey Burger
¾ pound ground turkey
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
1½ avocados (¾ cup when mashed)
2 teaspoons lime juice
¾ teaspoons garlic powder
3 teaspoons olive oil
Mix the ground turkey together with the chili powder, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
Form into three patties.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with 3 teaspoons of olive oil.
Cook the patties, making sure they brown on both sides, until they are cooked through.
Meanwhile, make your guacamole. Mash together the avocados, lime juice, garlic powder in a bowl. Season to taste with salt.
Serve burgers with a dollop (1/4 cup) of guacamole on each patty.
